Milwaukie Laundry

I use the app for the machines, and a few months ago, I requested a refund for $36.75, which is to this day the balance I pre loaded on the app specifically for this location. I no longer use this location because not only did I move, but it was always dirty and felt increasingly sketchy. I was not aware that when you load funds, its location specific and not transferable. I emailed and chatted with the app support but I was told by the app support that I have to receive my refund from the owner of the location. The owner/manager or whoever handles the email, had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that I "use it or lose it" until I told them the app support agent told me to reach out. I was then falsely promised a refund and then told I would have to wait for them to get back from vacation. I've reached out multiple times and still no haven't received a refund. They also told me the refund would have to be sent as a check, which to me sounds like a safety issue, but I gave them a mailing address. I refuse to support a business that blatantly rips people off.

This laundry mat is fantastic. I would never use that term lightly either! It is clean and quiet. This place gets the 5th star because it was the 1st time I had ever had my clothes come out smelling and looking exactly how they do at my house. I was thrilled! Very pleased with the outcome.

Wish people wouldn't Vandalize places I need to feel safe to be able to clean my Laundry and I also wish there was more Lighting and porta potty to go potty while doing laundry or like a way to go to the bathroom when your actually disabled and would be nice if there was an night attendant from 6: 00pm-9: 15pm
& I hope there is a Security Guard also for these Hours.and for after hours between 9: 30pm-5: 00am

Place is located conveniently close to a Safeway so I could shop while clothes were getting washed.

The washer I used locked the door and said out of order. I was not able to get my laundry.
I called the phone number and left a message with my name and phone number and still have not gotten a response.
I would not recommend this facilty and I will not be returning.
I lost a lot of my laundry that day.

Very clean and usually quiet. Never more than one or two other people there at least every time I've gone.

This laundry is very clean and the machines work great. The owner was there yesterday when I went and he was very attentive solving people problems.

He even gave everyone four dollars in quarters as a gift for doing the laundry there. It is a little more expensive than others, you get 5 min for a quarter in the dryer.

As soon as you walk in you can see the place is well taken care of, we will be going back for sure.

What a wonderful place. Josh runs it and does a fantastic job. I had been here many times and the quarter machines were always up and running, it’s always clean, which makes the daunting, yet necessary task of laundry, actually a pleasurable. Definitely my go to place.
