Minuteman Press of Beaverton

I would stay away from this location or Minuteman Press in general. This location used to be great under old management, but I experienced issues I never did with the new management it's currently under. I received 25,000 incorrect time sensitive products (in paper weight, quality, matte not glossy). The new management denied it at first until I went to the store in person with the product, then pointed at the Minuteman corporate office as the problem, asked me to record a video of opening the box with the incorrect product, and disappeared until I asked again weeks later. I've since had to contact the corporate office myself (even though I ordered from Minuteman Beaverton and paid them) and seek other avenues for a satisfactory resolution. I wouldn't recommend this location if you are looking to receive the product you ordered and a merchant that will be responsible to their customer.
