Awful. Just awful. They misdiagnose you, they gaslight you, and they don't even give you the proper medication even when you beg for it. I came for help and nothing. Many times to the hospital for medical help and I got nothing. Yesterday I went in for a simple medical prescription and instead got a needless nose swab and blood drawn and nothing. I was dismissed by my doctor of having a fever, even though I was physically hot and actually sweating and feeling very unwell. My doctor denied my being sick and complaining of having symptoms. I have been sick, battling the common cold, since July last year and I came to the hospital expecting medical help and instead got little results. Almost all of the doctors are quacks.

Awful experience, wrong diagnosis, never seem to get to see same dr as they always seem to change, I work with the disabled and had clients who were going here and got them changed over to family health to Jonas oltman and when he meet with them for first consultation and was Going over the records from mirasol clinic and this was same thing with all 4 clients by the way, the stuff in there medical records from mirasol wis inaccurate, medical diagnosis was incorrect, one of the people’s chart said they had heart surgery and a pace maker, and they had NEVER had heart surgery and they did not have a pace maker. And all 4 of there charts had medical condition that they had never had. Would not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Good if you need something simple, but they don’t really do much here except refer you out.

Good Drs and staff, clean building. Recommend over hospital unless you need a specialist for something.

As a amputee and needing professional medical care. From people who know what they are doing and taking about, professional people who care. I am not able in good conscience able to recommend mirasol. Go anywhere else

Worst front desk ever! Rude and seems to be un empathetic. They don’t tell you these policies when you’re new about canceling 2 hours in advance, and can only have 3 cancellations in a 6month period or you get booted to just being a walk-in and wait for someone else to cancel. Please save yourself the trouble and any questions you may have ask beforehand because sometimes they don’t even know the answers themselves and I know not everyone can afford a visit these days.

Clean. Great staff. Drs are amazing. They try and work you in quickly as they can. Everyone is polite. I recommend this place

Very pleased with the staff. I never have to wait long for my appointment. The communication is excellent. Grateful to have a good Dr's office.

Mostly friendly staff, pharmaceutical located in building as well, biggest problem is they need doctors seems to be all nurse practitioners.

I’ve never had a bad experience coming here. But I recently came to get COVID tested and checked in 10min prior to my appt. I was instructed to wait for a nurse to give me a call back, my phone number and everything was confirmed through the initial first call. I missed the nurses call and called back immediately. I then spoke to another receptionist who said she spoke with the nurses and no one claimed they called me, so I was instructed to wait again. After an hour I called back and spoke to another receptionist who said I had to reschedule because I was never checked in and it had been an hour since my appointment. Instead of taking fault for it and apologizing for the inconvenience it was all put on me to work around them. Just didn’t seem like they were putting their patients first.

My husband never saw the same doctor twice and each doctor gave different instructions for the same issue one would say he could eat certain foods while the next doctor would say he couldn't, and the last time he went in for a certain problem which had nothing to do with lab work, they didn't even seem interested in the problem only lab work they wanted him to do and sent us on our way

Dr. Stacy Brueckner is an outstanding doctor. She’s attentive, compassionate, pays attention to detail, and is excellent at coordinating care with patient providers involved in each patients medical care. The doctors and the Mirasol team of office professionals are remarkable at making health care easy for their patients, from scheduling appointments, to prescriptions, follow up, medication records, to billing. We found Mirasol goes the distance in meeting our health care needs.

The providers here are great. They all treated me with respect and always tried to work with me on my issues and financial concerns. Sarah Dynes is great. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was as a care provider.

Sadly the same can't be said for the business office. Had an issue with something being credited. Went a while without explanation, didn't get the call back I was supposed to from a supervisor, then all of a sudden it was properly credited online. When I asked for an explanation, I finally got a very rude and hateful statement that it had already been taken care of and someone had already told me that (which they hadn't). It was a very bad experience.

Then they changed my meds from Walmart pharmacy over to their pharmacy. I had requested pricing from them and they switched it all over. When I requested they change it back, they refused several times and I gave up. I have changed to a new provider because of poor customer service.

It makes me sad that something so personal and intimate as health care is such big business and the priority to these people is money. Most medical providers (Dr.s, PAs, Nurses, etc) are so caring, it's the business offices who are ruthless and have no kindness to give for their customers.

Dr King was wrong about shingles not itching, and was very rude unhelpful and was not listening.
