MOD Pizza, Portland OR

Order from 3/26 toppings completely wrong, pizza dough undercooked, and pizza not sliced. The last time we ordered from this location it was wrong, too. Won't be returning to this location.

I eat mod every week. But who ever prepared our pizzas from this location today completely butchered our orders. As a result, I question that employees sobriety.

Used to work at this location and the fountain drink dispenser don’t wanna pick up cause sometimes they never clean it and I saw black mold once and the walk-in one of the corners had dried red sauce on the wall

My favorite pizza place, I love personalizing my pizzas. The place seems inclusive and the employees diverse. Unfortunately today the pin pad kept declining my card, we found out that it was because the tipping option didn't work for some reason. Otherwise, the same as usual quality.

I called and they said they're closing early at 7. I arrive at 6: 45 and the door is locked and they won't take any more orders.

I visited this MOD Pizza the beginning of February 2022. The sweet young lady that helped us was so sweet and helpful. I asked for a family size Cesar salad. She made sure to put the perfect amount of dressing on my salad, despite the fact she said she doesn't eat salads. She said she imagined that the salad should be covered in dressing so it wasn't too dry, which I agreed. It's too often places don't give enough salad dressing to completely cover all of the lettuce. I thought that was so intuitive and great customer service to make sure my salad was perfect! The customer service by everyone in the store was super helpful. Everyone was happy and cheerful. All employees were wearing masks as well as all customers, unless they were sitting eating their food. The store was clean, the outside tables were clean, the soda machine area was clean (which is hard to keep clean) as well as the bathrooms were immaculate! All in all, my first time eating at the Yamhill MOD Pizza was a great experience! Thank you to the staff for the pleasant experience!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. They staff working was nice and made my pizza as i requested. It was just as great and filling as always. As I was finishing my lunch I noticed a few people who were down on their luck come in; when it came time for them to order I asked one of the employees if I could pay for their lunch and they told me that if they suspect a customer is in need they will give them a free lunch. OTHER RESTAURANTS PLEASE TAKE NOTE! In these tough times we need more restaurants and businesses like this Mod in our communities willing to help others out. I am proud to have this Mod location in my neighborhood and will now go out of my way to give them more of my business and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for being a light in our city.

Staff was awesome! They go above and beyond to make you happy. Plus the pizza and Cesar's salad where delicious! Strongly recommend

Cool place, just love mod in general. My girl is a vegetarian so I wanted to try their meat alternative and it was GOOD! Now I know I can take her there and we can eat good food together!

Really fun place for a simple and honest pizza. The kids love it because they get to see it made right in front of them and they get to choose the toppings. Definitely a fun place for an afternoon excursion.

WORST HAND HYGIENE.employees did not change gloves after touching register, MASK, and other appliances.they had the same pair of gloves on for numerous people because i was paying attention.i was shocked and disgusted

I ordered an Extra large pizza and I got 6 tiny slices, not to mention 2 of of the 6 slices literally have no toppings on it at all. No cheese or anything, just baked bread and red pizza sauce. It looks like a prank pizza honestly I wish I could post a picture with this review. Definitely dissapointed. The staff was nice, hense the extra star, but this pizza is EXTREMELY dissapointing.

Pizza was great, on par with other Mods. Parking is downtown so it’s about as good as you can expect. Probably not the best location for curbside pickup. Staff here were kind, hardworking, and very respectful.

Quick as per usual, a tad understaffed for Portland's late night high customer numbers. Spicy sauce was far too spicy but that's bound to change day by day. Mod stickers everywhere as per the norm, and a big M O D written in them on the wall in front of the line.

Bless the cowboy hat wearing pizza Fae and their pizza minions. I was hangry, in a city I don't know, and the Vietnamese place half a block away that was recommended was packed. We saw pizza, and went "yes, let's do it". Best choice of the night. Pizza Fae was patient with us, helped decide on good toppings, and did it while being considerate to their staff and other customers coming in. The pizza is cost effective, fast, delicious, and has so many topping options including the amazing artichoke. Everything I wanted from a pizza. Dunno about other Mod Pizza locations, but this one is stellar. Thanks, Pizza Fae.
