MOD Pizza, Milwaukie OR

Start to finish service took 50 minutes. Employees moved with no sense of urgency, or concern to serve our food in a reasonable timeframe. Unsatisfied to say the least. I Will be sure to send people to another MOD next time.

I wanted a quick take out pizza. Mod’s online ordering system said the pizza would be ready at 5: 46. It is now 20 minutes later and no sign that they have even started to make my pizza.
I don’t blame the workers. They are working as hard as they can. But why can’t a multi-shop business with online ordering give a realistic estimate of how long it will take?
And the shop has a dirty floor and piles of supplies in boxes for us while we all wait.

I don’t know who this ‘Shannon’ girl is here now but MOD recovered me as a customer again due to this worker. I live in the area so do allot of my family and we used to eat here until getting deathly sick and swore we’d never eat at another MOD again.flash forward we came by because a friend dragged us in swearing the staff has been getting fixed.food was great, service was on point! This new manager or whatever is the reason our entire family even will step into a mod pizza again regionally not just locally.

Every single time I come here my pizza is either burnt, mostly crust, or missing toppings. And the dude with the curly hair needs a shoe to the head with the attitude he has.

Good crust for gluten free. Love that you can have as many toppings as you like for same price.

We normally don’t go to this location, but we were close by so we did. We should have gone to our normal one. Service was terrible. I understand everyone is short staffed, but when someone rolls their eyes at me because they didn’t put all our orders in at once, that crosses the line. The pizzas were poorly made as well. Save yourself some grief and skip this location for awhile.

Got a pizza with hair in it twice in a row. Complained and got a free pizza. App told us it would be ready at 12: 51. It's 1: 16 and we're still waiting. If you like unreliable service and hair in your food, this is the place for you!

3 people working but one making pizza for a group. The other two made boxes and filed ingredients while I stood and waited. Eventually I walked out right past the box maker. She never said a word. What a JOKE! Typical of doing business today. Nobody cares and everyone wants a tip a payment time.

We came in at 5: 40 pm. The staff had only two people working the pizza line along with the oven. The line was a long wait, which is to be expected because of the time of evening, but they were very rude and the atmosphere was very gloomy. They were out of pineapple, sirancha, and creamy garlic white sauce. The customer service was terrible. Very short and bad attitude. We felt bad for asking for extra toppings because they were putting very little on our pizzas. The crew spoke very poorly to one another as well. Our overall experience was terrible!

I’m not one to post negative reviews, but I was very put off by this location that I felt inclined to say something. Not only is this the way they tried to send out our pizza, the employees were laughing in the background when my fiancé was on the phone with them (he wasn’t being rude or disrespectful in the slightest). I used to work in food service so I totally understand the fast paced pressure, but this just ridiculous.

This store is absolutely disgusting. There’s garbage and food all over the floor. The garbage by the drink station is so overflowing that there are actual flies surrounding it. Most of the drinks are out of order. Every single table is sticky and dirty. The staff is unbelievably slow too. It took my wife almost 30 minutes to order and there were only 2 people in front of her when she arrived. It then took another 15 minutes for their pizza to go in the oven because the cook was taking a 20 minute bathroom break. Every single surface in this restaurant is disgusting and dirty. There were 5 people working and not one of them was cleaning. Had my wife seen how dirty it was before ordering, she would have left immediately. We won’t be coming back anytime soon. My kids really wanted to stay and eat at the restaurant but it was too dirty and gross to stay. We are extremely disappointed.

Store is dirty, not much on the line to choose to put on your pizza. Staff is rude and not attentive at all. I will never ever be back to this location again.

Love MOD, but this location needs new management stat. Placed an online order for 6: 30 pick up and was still waiting for it 35 minutes later. When I first walked in, it took 5 minutes and my calling attention to the worker to even be acknowledged. Then I had to wait 35 minutes for my order to be ready and check in twice to make sure it was even in process. Save yourself the hassle and find another location to order from. They weren’t even understaffed which is what shocks me. The picture shows the result of waiting 35 minutes. I couldn’t even complain because I had to get the non burnt pizza home to a hungry 3 year old.

Nice people, good choices for "choose your own pizza" toppings. Clean environment.
