MOD Pizza reviews
15 Absolutely abysmal wait times. Lack of sense of urgency and consideration for their customers is apparent, and not one crew member made an effort to get them out of the weeds.
I have been a long time MOD customer, and work in the food service industry, so I’m usually understanding and patient. Had I finished waiting in line, I probably would’ve been there for 45 minutes. “Super Fast”, right? I really hope management can work a shift with their night crew or offer proper retraining. Will not be coming back for a while.
Have gone in a few times and the service has been terrible every single time.
Went in today and waited in line for over 25 minutes and didn’t have a single employee acknowledge us or the other 8 people in line. There were 5 people working and only one person working on orders for the longest time. Unfortunately for everyone in line, the person that was working on orders knew the customer and took over 10 minutes to make her salad and talk to her. The girl baking the pizzas messed up an order and it took them over 10 minutes to refire it. You could tell that everyone in line was getting frustrated, but the employees never once commented or tried to hurry their pace. My husband and I ended up walking out because of the lack or care and consideration.
We had Kaleb today at MOD and he was amazing! He was so patient with our allergies and we had such a nice conversation. Food was so delicious as usual.
Pizza is okay. It's a thin crust so it has some crunch. They seem to have found ways to put minimal sauce and minimal cheese and make it still look like pizza until you eat it.
Service for this location is just slow. People are working but they seem to ignore customers walking in. Until a big manager that is cooking notices you and calls out hey take care of that customer it's like you are invisible and the employees can't see you.
Place is clean. It kind of echos with the loud music so it's not easy to have a conversation.
Everything was good. I felt sorry for them but they were short staffed for the lunch crowd.
Ordered online and taking close to an hour on a Sunday evening. Still sitting here waiting for my pizzas. Pizzas are good but im staying with Dominoes they are lightning fast and not as expensive.
This restaurant allowed a dog on the table where you eat.then never washed the table off. Management refused to ask the lady to remove the dog off the table where the customers eat.
Anyone who has been to little Ceasars would feel comfortable with how the food tastes. It's not that it's a bad pizza or atmosphere, but the price is a lot for buffet fare.
Nice you can make a pizza exactly the way you like it, and then get them to add just a little more of your favorite toppings.
For just opening up they are ok, still have some stuff to work out like the order of the people that come in. I sat there watching my pizza sit there while they handed out 6 other pizzas that were ordered after me.
The food here is good and affordable but man, they need to get their act together. I go about once a week and this past month has been so bad for wait times. Today I'm literally looking at 10+ people just staring at the counter, I've been waiting for 45 minutes counting and I know at least half of these people have been too. Yes it's very busy but to be so backed up so often says there's something going wrong
Placed online order and waited an hour and 20 minutes for it. Apparently they lost the order and told me to go wait in a line of 20 people to Re-order. Noooo thank you. Thanks for leaving a type 1 diabetic and a 6 year old kid hangry. Odd Moes and even Abby’s are way better anyways. I was excited this place had a reasonably priced gluten free crust but I’m never attempting to go here again. Apparently they said I’ll at least get a refund since I paid online. We’ll see if that happens.
At this location 2 times since they opened, first time went into the restaurant to order took forever. Since it just recently open the line was long. Had enough staff, looked like they all were trying to get orders done, however since it’s a new location it’s going to be busy for a while, which is normal. Was not impressed with the pizza, felt like it needed more cheese and sauce it was really dry, all I could taste was the bread. Disappointed and didn’t understand the hype of MOD.
The second time I ordered online, asked for extra cheese and balsamic “drizzle”, pick up was so much easier. Went during lunch time. Got home and again disappointed. I expected cheese all over the pizza at least to the edge where the little sauce they had ended, nope only cheese in the middle and they put way too much balsamic drizzle. I didn’t even taste the red sauce. All I tasted was balsamic and bread. And they hardly put toppings, it’s like they are trained to put very little toppings on!
If you’re in a hurry online is best, however since you’re not there to instruct how you want the pizza you might be disappointed, even if you specifically ask for extra. They are cheap on the sauce and toppings but heavy on the drizzle.
Waited for 20 minutes in line. No greeting. Took one employ ten minutes to make a salad. Finally left they had made 2 pizzas in the twenty minutes. Terrible service.
The manager or whoever does the scheduling is the one that needs a retraining. 3 people scheduled to run the weekend lunch time rush? Come on! These poor kids were slaving away and trying their best but could not handle the line that stretched past the door. I ended up waiting 40 mins longer than the website said to arrive to pick up my to go order. Get it together management.
