MOD Pizza, Tigard OR

Not only was the food great, but the customer service is phenomenal. It's my kiddo's bday, and we got pizza. The fire alarm went off, so everyone was ushered outside for about ten minutes. When we came back in, one of the Pizza Angels came by with a free pizza voucher and apologized for us having to go outside in the cold. We weren't even bothered, but it was so generous and kind. We really appreciated it and I wanted to tell your team thank you.

Best, best pizza anywhere. Especially for such a great price. The nice young lady that made my pizza was very cool, patient. Was my fist visit. I'm a dedicated MOD pizza lover now. Restroom was clean too BTW lol.

I took my cousin from Canada and my Dad here for lunch. We had a great prep person who really made our food exactly how we wanted it. And it was delicious! My cousin is gluten free and said the pizza alone was reason enough to visit Portland!

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, and it takes a lot for me to actually get to the point that I do. We order here almost once per week online. 9 times out of 10, the pizza hasn't even been started by the pick up time. And 9 times out of 10, the pieces are completely black and burnt on the bottom. I just don't understand. I'm cool with the occasional bad experience or bad night- I totally get it.but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Good pizza if you can ever get it. Waited an extra 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 32 minutes. That kind of mistake is unexcusable.

Went at about 330 pm on a Friday
It was very quite, clean and well staffed.
The pizza was cooked perfectly.
The prices were reasonable for freshly cooked pizza and they had a lot of topping options!
We enjoyed our time and will return for lunch soon.

Yikes. Need to train these people. Massive issues with understanding where to put resources based on what is happening in the store. Huge line going outside and one person on pizza making AND register. Meanwhile one dude wandering around in the back and looking oblivious. Come on!

This is right next to my nail shop. So religiously I get dinner to go after my appointment. Great food, love the cripsy crust and abundant toppings! And the No Name Cake is a nice treat.

$10 for a pizza that is fresh and as many toppings as you want? !? ! YES please. Plus the pie is always tasty.

My husband and I shared a pizza of his choosing and a salad of my design. It was plenty of.

Work just down the street and sign says "superfast" I guess they weren't taking about the speed of the workers 30 min I had to leave didn't even get to get anything for my lunch.

Toppings were very unevenly spread. Not a big deal.

Service was very sub-par. No straws, no lids, no silverware, no plates (all of our pizzas were put into boxes for dine-in eating). Also, not a huge deal.

When I asked for a few lids and a plastic knife for their new pizza pockets that they don't cut.eyes were rolled and the lady was snotty. Whatever, bad day. Not a big deal.

When my mother (first-timer) asked for dipping sauce, the lady definitely rolled her eyes and had an attitude. That's where I had an issue.

If two people called in, I get it, short staffed. But when there are 5 people working. I don't see how things can't be stocked or have plates washed. 2 of them had an attitude, and the other 3 weren't really doing much but standing around. All combined makes for a below-average dining experience for first-timers at MOD. I've been to many MODs and had great experiences. Not this time.

Good pizza as always, friendly service. Clean looking, but damn it was so cold. Left frozen, didn't know I needed a snow suit for MOD pizza.

The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not cleaned for a few days. Also most of the dining tables were unclean. Drink area also very dirty. Everything needs a good wipe down. Customer service terrible. The pizza was great but tiramisu no-name cake taste like chemicals. Honestly do not want to come here again.
