I purchased a great NW home in S. E.portland while it was still under construction in 2018. I've been entirely satisfied with the quality & detail of the construction, the lack of even expected minor glitches over the past 5 years, & NW's ongoing availability & responsiveness to any questions or concerns i've had.

Modern NW Built the home we have now been living it for over two years. I am more than satisfied, they have exceeded my expectations. My knowledge of a building process was very minimal, but they made me feel very involved and every request I had along the way was more than accommodated. They really fight for their clients, let you weigh in, and create a product so unique that no other builder in our NW region can say they can replicate. I now work in the construction industry and I must say that their attention to detail, their management process, their involvement of those they are taking care of, and the overall feel of working with a company like Modern Northwest makes building a house go from a tediously intimidating to a breezy and exciting process. They are the ONLY builder I want touching the next house I live in. It's not even close.

Modern NW designed and built our custom home. They accommodated us with virtual meetings when we were out of town. They guided us each step of the way. They were able to complete it in the deadline they had (not many builders are able to do this). We built our home in 2020-2021 during the covid pandemic. They managed all the problems with supply and contractors as efficiently as they could under the tough circumstances
