4 Modern Realty was one of the most professional real estate brokerages I came across I interviewed several and all Phil sure did seem to care more about money than they did about me and my family so to be honest with you after talking with them and realizing that they cared I chose them as our real estate brokers of choice.
I would never go to any other brokerage highly recommended if I could give 10 stars I would!
I was stressing about finding a place for November 1st until I met this team. They radiated positivity and knowledge about the area and working with the right owners. We saw about 6 apartments and when I asked for their honest feedback they gave it. I really really recommend them for your housing needs. Saving up to potentially buy a place next!
