I had not filed for a patent in quite some time and needed guidance to get me through the process. On Mohr’s advice we filed a provisional application in September 2021 and followed up a year later with a non provisional application. Turned out that this was the best route allowing us time to refine our invention.

We worked mostly with Joey and Stephanie and both were professional, and responsive. We filed our patent application in September 2022 and petitioned for special accelerated examination.

They take care of the details, make it look easy and not intimidating.

We are now working on new unrelated idea and building a prototype.

Looking good so far and if it results continue we will likely require Mohr’s services, again soon.

We were pleased with our first experience here and would not think of going anywhere else for patent law in Oregon, at this time.

Mohr has been fantastic! The communication and customer service really impressed me. I wanted to have them file for a trademark before the first of the year and they were on it. I would happily refer other customers to them.

Overall not worth the money. I would suggest just searching online on how to file yourself. You'll save a lot of money and you're just as likely to run into problems with them vs doing it on your own.

Do not make the mistake of working with this law company. I was deceived by the 36,5 star reviews. I think they are all fake. I went to them with a patent application. They gave my case to a novice lawyer Christina who did not know what she was doing. She completely botched my case and put in words that totally jeopardized my case after taking 6 months to even write up the patent. Then when it gets rejected they slap me with another bill to pursue the case further and tell me how it was incorrectly worded. Then they say now it will be handled by a more experienced lawyer well duh why did you not give me that experienced lawyer in the first place. The experience lawyer Ray had a meeting with me without having read my case, didn't have much knowledge of what was going on, didn't even bother reading through my file and just gave me the attitude that the more you pay the more we work for you. This law firm will work at jeopardizing your case so much so that you have to keep paying them more to get more clean up for the mess they make. And instead of apologizing they will keep harassing you for a $25 balance that was accidently left pending on their account. If the firm was doing well they wouldn't be after you for $25 balance. So beware and look somewhere else if you really want to win any case!
