Diner Mom's Kitchen reviews
17 I parked on the side street but noticed people parking right before the building in a closed up old service station of some sort.
Service was fast.
Food hot.
Lots to choose from.
Best breakfast in Coos Bay!
Best French toast I've ever had anywhere.
Bacon cooked perfectly and the eggs are awesome!
Good service, friendly wait staff.
Worth the awkward parking lot and hours of operation!
Best breakfast I have had in decades. Friendly owners, cooking great food and serving it with a big smile. I'll go back.
Made with butter and love. Great little place and the food was even better than I hoped. Not a lot of elbow room when full but your stomach will be happy
Very small and busy place, food is always good, service is with smiles, stop in, if you have to wait, its worth it.
Quaint Cafe. Homemade biscuits were excellent along with all the breakfast we ordered. Amber the waitress was attentive and kind. Thanks for the great meal.
Amazing food served buy very friendly and professional staff. Eclectic style that fits the “home cookin’”. Will go back next time we are in town! Alisha (hope I remembered her name correctly) made the whole meal over the top with her amazing customer service!
Such a cozy little restaurant. It feels like you are in a movie, the atmosphere is wonderful. The food was excellent, with great portions for a great price.
The best breakfast, hands done, since I left the Bay Area years ago. Food was home made and on point, portions were generous and the staff was super. The atmosphere is one of an old school home town American breakfast joint. No frills just great food and service. I had the three meat omelette, hash browns with a side of biscuit n gravy. My fiance had the chicken fried steak, hash browns and a side of biscuit n gravy as well. We both left stuffed and greatful to have found such a wonderful place!
Food was mediocre. Hashbrowns were a pile of thin, stringy potatoes (smaller than a spaghetti noodle), scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a carton or were from a powder. The sausage was only browned on one side. The biscuits and gravy were mushy because the biscuit didnt hold up under the gravy. Clearly nothing made from scratch here. There was a group of customers listening to some church stuff as loud as possible on their phone (thankfully we got our food to go). They couldn't sub the toast for a pancake for to-go orders but could if we dined in? Weird. Was it edible, yes. Was it worth it, no.
The food was good. They were very busy which tells me that all of their food was delicious. I saw dishes coming out that I can't wait to try on another visit.
Small wait, but we'll worth it. Food came got and fresh, lots of it, reasonable price, waitstaff was wonderful. Overall a great experience for our traveling family!
Stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way to the falls & loved this place! Friendly service, very good food & priced just right.
It's real down home cooking and fabulous staff are what I found here. They're a very small restaurant but big on service. I will definitely make a return trip.
Just a great place to have breakfast. Old fashion diner with a great staff. Bacon was fabulous as was the hash browns. A must stop if your driving through Coos Bay.
Best Monte Cristo around. Hashbrown are unique and amazing. Pancakes are large and addictive. Love stoping in!
Came in this morning to new faces. Great new staff that didn't disappointment. Everything was perfect. Same owners, it was just time to train a younger group.
