Monica Baez is the worst insurance agent I have ever worked with. I wish I could give 0 stars. She is unresponsive, and un-helpful. She encouraged us to work with ALE solutions when our house flooded to book a hotel for us and when the claim was denied we got stuck with a $740 bill and we were out thousands of dollars because of the flood damage. She didn't even reach out to us after the claim was denied to check in. My fiancé and I are very disappointed with the customer service we have received and will be switching insurance companies immediately.
