Great selection. Great service. Hekim greeted us and then left us alone to wander. He paid attention to us when needed. He worked with us to find the best option for us. Orders are taking a long time now, so this review is for the sales process, it doesn't yet cover delivery.

Bobby did a great job. He was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy or following you around gave you the space that you needed to be able to look at things without any pressure.

I liked the quality of the furniture for the price, the delivery option could be more flexible and less costly

We ordered a sectional at the beginning of December 2020. The sales associate told us it would take 26 days for our furniture to be ready to be picked up. It ended up taking about an extra week but not all the pieces were in. We were told our last piece would be ready by mid February. When we got in touch with them mid February they told us it won't be ready until May 20th. The customer service is awful. They give you a number to text and you have to wait a while for a generic response. They lied to us about our furniture and we will never use them again. We've already started buying furniture from their competitors and are much happier with the service. I feel sorry for all the customers that they are giving empty promises to.

I would never shop at this furniture store again. The salesman made me promises that he never followed up on. I felt like the only thing he was concerned about was his commission. I ran into issue after issue with the customer service team. My furniture appointment was cancelled 4 times before actually getting my furniture. The whole entire staff was unapologetic. Horrible shopping experience. I would never recommend any friends or family to shop here.

It was a very pleasant experience. All our questions were answered. I didnt feel pressured at all. We ended up buying more then we thought we could, because the prices were so good!

This was my first time at a Mor furniture store and I was extremely surprised! Huge selection of quality contemporary and traditional furniture at very reasonable prices. They also have a wide variety of financing options!

First time at Mor furniture for less best experience. Huseyin was our salesperson and was amazing. He was not pushy at all.
