Mor Furniture for Less

This order has been a fiasco from beginning to end. I was originally told that the furniture would be delivered around February 14, which is what I needed for a family party. The date then moved to March 16, and finally to yesterday. I was only informed of the change from the February date by a text that arrived after the fact.

Very poor customer service.

We went looking for new furniture and it was the fastest and easiest credit approval I have ever done!

Hector did a great job. Low pressure but helpful. Other furniture stores are like vultures circling while you shop, he gave us our space to explore but periodically checked in on us.

Best furniture purchasing experience yet! I was greeted but not jumped on. Hector let me look around and when I returned I was greeted and the salesperson went to get Hector. All my questions were answered and the transaction was handled quickly. I'll definitely recommend Mor. P. S. I went to 4 furniture stores and this was the only one where I wasn't pounced on. Thanks all!

They let me down, i dont understand why they would advertise a sofa set on sale then when you go in to buy it, they dont have it and cant get it for 3 weeks. I asked to buy the one on the floor but was told they couldnt sell me it cause it was advertised and they needed 1 in the store.
If you cant get something for 3 weeks why in the world would you advertise it?

My family and I had a great experience! Hudson was our sales person and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I felt no pressure and he gave us time and space to discuss our options privately. We'll definitely recommend Hudson and Mor to our friends!

Hector did a terrific job helping me find a tabel aswell as a mattress box. Without his help I would not have found what I was looking for.

I had a wonderful experience buying furniture at Mor. Hakim was my salesman and he was very helpful and informative. He was able to find all the items I was interested in and have them delivered the same day! I was very happy with this experience and I will be going back for future purchases.

Me and my wife just come into mor furniture for less, on se stark st. I love going into that store they are very helpful. If u have anything you need this is the store to go too.

Hekim the sales rep was great. He helped me with any questions that came across. He was really respectful with me and my wife and for me that was a major plus. Stop by and ask for him, he will do everything he can to help you out.

Hudson was very helpful and friendly. He helped us when needed and left us alone when we were just browsing. He was very knowledgeable of the products. He made our experience very nice and relaxing.
