Fantastic people a little slow on unloading my load but it ran into their lunch time which I understand.

Expect long waits for customer pickup on the weekends. Suggest picking up on the weekdays. Also, it's check-in based pickup. Lines naturally form on the weekends even though this is not expected or wanted. You will be helped in the order you CHECK IN, not in the order you arrived.

Our first encounter, we went in and the sales rep was showing us items we didn't even need. We were just in looking for a mattress, plain and simple. We were taken to the expensive corner where they wanted to show bed sets that can adjust angles, temp control, light up, save your settings, anti-snore functions, basically the most expensive display piece. Terrible tactic. Definitely not what we asked for which was to just find a bed I am comfortable with. Keep in mind I can't sleep on the mattress I have now and have terrible back pain from it. I just wanted a mattress I could enjoy. And they kept coming up every 5 minutes or so instead of letting us actually try the mattresses and get comfy like you're supposed to. Once we found a mattress they told us it would only take 10 days to get it in stock. That was my first encounter.
The second encounter we came in to find a frame a week later. We wanted something with storage. We were shown around the store and was about to be led to the most expensive storage piece to settle on it when I, myself, spotted one that the sales rep didn't even show us that had almost all the features of the expensive one and they didn't even show us the one I picked out and settled on. Saved us about $500 too! We got it added to our shipment and readjusted for better financing. And they said the mattress would be in later that week and we could expect a call to have it delivered any day.
A week came and went, no call. I call the location, they give me a 5 digit number to text or a customer service website to contact. Nobody actually picks up and talks to you. So I did both. And both the text and email took several days to get back with us with a generic response with different eta dates scheduled another week to 10 days out. Come on now!
My boyfriend had to go in person to figure out what was going on because their system just said "sorry for the invonvenience. " You mean the little inconvenience that I can't f-ing sleep? ! He had to go in person to find out what was going on and found out the original shipment had water damage and had to be replaced.
Based on the other reviews, it was dropped in the ocean. And they didn't think to call us and let us know? And they swore up and down it would only take another week to 10 days? Well its 2 weeks later after my boyfriend went to figure out what's going on. So our frame was in stock the whole time that I know of. And this mattress, the most important part, originally expected to be 10 days to order in, has so far taken over a month now. I'm done! We gave them by the end of today to get it delivered. It's 7 am now so they have about 9 hours to get it here or we are going down there tomorrow and canceling the whole thing. What a joke! "Sorry for the invonvenience. " KMA. I'm the one who hasn't slept well in over a month. How inconvenient.

The first encounter with mor was rather enjoyable and I walked away pleased with everything about the purchase. The couch was scheduled to be delivered 2-3 months out because they had to make the product. A few days before delivery we checked on it and found out it had been pushed back a week. Then on the delivery day I went to the store to find out what time it was gonna be delivered.this is where it went bad.they informed us that the couch fell into the ocean and it would be another 3 months to get the couch or we could choose a similar couch that was in stock.they escorted us to the couch they were talking about and it was the one that we chose the other one over.not a bad couch, but not the one we wanted originally.they then began to crunch the numbers after we made a few modifications (which actually made the new couch cheaper) and.they were coming up with us owing another 1200 bucks.after much confusion and doing the numbers myself. I simply told them that our couch was at the bottom of the ocean and if I had to pay more money for a replacement couch then I would just want a full refund and I'll get another couch somewhere else. They reluctantly made everything right and we selected to go pick up the new couch instead of having it delivered. Saved us 170 bucks. Definitely the way to go. However, their staff at the warehouse is one person and process one pickup an hour.the customer service was very subpar. I asked, since you only have one person working on it.would they like some assistance.and the reaction I got was as if I offended them. Definitely not planning on going through mor again. Too many other options out there to deal with such hassle. Most of the better purchases I have made with furniture typically come from smaller businesses.

Saturday morning and 8 people in line at time of opening. The lady at window was warm and friendly.
It took about 30 minutes for my turn to load. Loading went fast and easy. We picked up a dual reclining loveseat and a matching sofa (7 boxes total) which consumed an entire 5X10 flatbed trailer. Required more space than I thought due to the amount of boxes. Everything was undamaged and functions like they should.

I was 2nd in line and it took 1hr 45 min. It seemed person's who new staff could jump line. And poor one employee only was helping "actual"customers. I would say if everyone has same experience Mor better offer free delivery or they won't last long. Plus it's at edge of Portland, they don't say how far you have to go to pick up product before you buy.

Poorly ran operation. Huge warehouse with only one door to deliver product to customer. Figure a better system out. How about appointments? Know what needs to be pulled and staged so it's ready to go. Was told an hour wait.it's been two.

Very friendly people and even though we dropped a load off it was awesome to see the store and will try to shop here and recommend this place

Will not ever go here again. The warehouse is a joke. The guy's in the showroom are nice but the warehouse that you have to pick up your furniture at is a literal joke. You wait forever to pick up your stuff, they have no real order that they go in, and they ONLY HAVE ONE DOOR to receive goods from so you have to wait forever.

Two words. GET ORGANIZED. With the limited COVID hours they make it impossible to allow for pick-up at a convenient time. Listen to your customers!

Was looking for a specific piece of furniture. They didn't have what I wanted, but the woman I spoke with was very helpful.

Bought a dinning table went to pick it up at the warehouse and the guy loading the table was not friendly at all. I don’t suggest going there, they don’t load up the furniture correctly!

The pickup at this warehouse is a disaster. There is hour line and nobody directing what is going on and no signs with instructions.

Bought a small end table from here. Was told it would take 2 weeks to get delivered to the warehouse for pick-up. Never heard back, but followed up three weeks after the original purchase and was told that it had just arrived the day before (a week late, and no follow-up phone call).

After following up to figure out if our furniture had arrived we set-up a time for pickup and was told it would be ready for us when we arrived. We arrived at the customer pick-up office at the scheduled time and stood in the cramped lobby where no one was there to help; ended up having to track someone down in the back to begin the pick-up process. Was told we had a few cars in front of us and their system for tracking it was a hand-written note of all of the customer’s cars for pick-up waiting in a parking lot trying to remember which Make/Model/Color of car was in front of them for pick-up and going one after the other to a roll-up door (all in a dark parking lot mind you). Waited over fourty minutes for a tiny table (less than 10lbs) that should have been ready for pick-up by the time we arrived, not an overall great experience.

Furniture quality is about what you’d expect for what you pay (not fantastic but at least you have a decent idea that it’s going to be cheap so you shouldn’t be shocked) it’s the rest of the process that sucks so if you choose to purchase your furniture from here I would shell out the extra money for delivery as pick-up is a huge waste of time even with trying to do your best due diligence to schedule and follow-up as Mor isn’t on-top of anything.
