Morgan Inn & Suites Walla Walla Valley

The hotel expanded its footprint by adding single wide trailers to the property. I wasn't given a room in the main hotel but one of these out buildings. Inside felt like recycled cabinets, fixtures, and furniture. It didn't feel clean. The room was just above freezing when entering and it took hours to get the temp up to a spot where you could take off your coat. Used the bathroom only to find no toilet paper and since the office closed at 11p i was out of luck there. The walls were thin an you could hear everything outside. I don't know if the positive reviews came from those that stayed in the main facility but these out buildings are not very comfortable at all. I will stay in walla walla next time and will be happy to pay more.

The Morgan Inn is located in a nice peaceful area and services at the vacancy are good. The rooms are clean and organised and the you’ll sleep peacefully the nights you stay.
I liked the room and amenities. You get proper privacy and a good nights rest.

This motel was awesome! Big room for the price, super soft king bed, close to fast food and grocery store. Definitely recommend!

Morgan inn is the perfect stop to explore the wineries in the area and at a much better price than the hotels in Walla Walla, it is also closer to the wineries. The hotel is well kept and then rooms are clean. The owners are super nice and friendly.

Fri night at 11: 30 I booked a double bedroom at the Morgan for two night. It was around midnight maybe a little after when I arrived. The open sign was lit up very bright, I go to the front office, pushed the little doorbell, called both numbers posted on door, waited, waited… Nothing. So I gather my children and drive to the motel down the street. The next day I call them and let them know I came, got bo answer any way I tried and that I had just gotten the other motel for the weekend since they answered. He proceeded to tell me the Office closes at 11 pm and he would have to charge me for atleast one night because my cancelation was less then one day before the date… ok, how are you going to let people book rooms after 11 pm, not post any where that the office closes at 11 pm and then doc them for not canceling the reservation 1 day prior. Plus, to top it all, I haven’t even received the refund for the next night. BLAST: something you guys should look into

I was here for business and enjoyed my stay room was very clean and staff was very accommodating.

Great staff.
Clean bedding.
Clean and working shower.
Clean sink.
Clean towels.
Clean and working tolet.
Working heater.
These where very helpful, but tile floor in bathroom was missing a lot of grout. What was not missing was coming out all over in pebble like pieces. Carpet seemed clean but very stained (so hard to tell). Shoes where worn at all times except in shower and in bed I expected a clean older/dated hotel, conditions of floor did not meet that expectation. It needs more floor maintenance so the clean factor is easier to see and determine. We did not complain to staff because floor issues could not be fixed during our stay. And we kept shoes on. Best reviewed low priced room in town. But did not meet reviews in a way we are accustomed.

Only decent hotel in Milton Freewater. Rooms could use some updating but the staff are great. Will be coming back next time I am in town.

I'm not sure what gets you into the nicer-looking building that is attached to the office, but we checked in and were in a room in the scary run-down building off to the right. When we got in there, it felt like the room from Vacancy. Checked the room over. Lifted the mattress and box spring and out fell a needle attached to a syringe. Not to mention the blankets on the bed were nasty - fuzzy blankets that have been used and washed (hopefully) several times that the material was matted down. The bed was rock hard. Immediately took a picture, checkout, and got a refund.

My room had bedbugs. Something I didn’t realize until after my weekend stay. I wish I could get my money back.

Definitely recommend staying here! The location is great and very clean. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The multiple times I’ve stayed here, Onkar has been extremely helpful and kind!

A little spendy for 2 queens in an older motel, but was very clean and decorated cute. Appliances (refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot) were rickety, but clean and working. We paid 130$ for the night, but I've stayed in comparable places several times for 90 and under. But overall it was nice clean quiet and the front desk personell were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. Front desk is very professional and took care of us. Rooms are clean and a great bang for your buck.

A/C unit didn't work that great. Could hear the vehicles driving past on the roadway from inside the room. Staff were friendly.

Great location, great hosts and clean rooms. The cabins are roomy and have a full kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

Expensive for the area and what you get, although our room had a kitchen that we didn't want. Air conditioner was not working, replacement was very noisy. Traffic noise was also somewhat disturbing.

Onkar recurved us at a very late hour and was extremely respectful and helpful to our need for a three day stay. The rooms were clean and quite. TWO THUMBS UP

Very clean and comfortable. Very professional. Great access to everything around, Safeway is just across the street. Highly recommended, 10/10.

I stay here every time I am in the area and every time I see improvement in service and amenities. I noticed new blankets new signs and new door locks are really amazing. Friendly staff and great location from my work.
