The level of training you get is serving to none.
I started with Professor Morizi over 3 and a half years ago. Let me explain how it changed me. I was broken mentally and physically from the Army. I started with him and his team shortly after it opened.
I lost over 60 pounds, slept better, felt better and have been completely off of PTSD medication after 3 months. You will gain confidence, fitness and self esteem.
The kid's program is amazing. The kids learn and have fun doing it. I promise you, you'll never have a problem with them falling asleep after class.
