We had a difficult spot.that would not come out.it is gone. They took great care moving items and not hitting the moldings. He was here on 7/18.at 1pm and was super nice.
We were going to replace ALL our carpets, but the price tag and inconvenience was too much. Instead we’re replacing one area, and had the rest cleaned. I wish we would have had Morris clean them sooner. Our small personal carpet cleaner just doesn’t compare in cleaning and bringing back life to our existing carpets.
Morris Carpet Cleaning was perfect. From pricing, to service, to quality of work, I could not have been more pleased.
Before my cleaning appointment, they let me know what to expect and how to prepare. The service technician was punctual, friendly, fast, and did a great job. Everything went smoothly, without any problems, which seems so so rare these days.
