DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved out at the end of August, haven't heard from the leasing office for three weeks and when I did, it was a completely new manager. I have not had any of my security deposit returned and when the leasing office finally responded back to me, they gave me an invoice with a bunch of ridiculous charges that were incorrect. They are trying to charge over $1000 in cleaning fees despite leaving the unit in good condition. It seems like they are doing anything they can to take every single penny from you. Unfortunately, the money that they take never goes into the community as you can see by garbage overflowing, and spread all over the community, as well as a very strong odor from the recycling area. The pool is constantly closed, without warning due to vandalism. Overall, the apartments and community are not worth all of this inconvenience and stress.

I don't recommend living here at all. When I first moved in costs were relatively reasonable for a 1 bed 1 bath, but became ridiculous near the end of my 2nd year living there.
Upon move in, I did not have a working shower, smoke detector's batteries were dead and I had to replace them myself so I could sleep my first night in the apartment, doors to the washer and dryer were sitting on the back porch uninstalled, and there was trash piled up in the storage closet. It simply was not move in ready.
Management seems to have a high turnover rate, they don't respond to emails and don't return calls in a timely manner whatsoever. I moved out July 31st and still have not seen the return of my security deposit. I've been calling for weeks and no response.
Please find anywhere else to rent from.

I am just coming to a year, and suppose to renew agreement. I have not been able to speak to any management for several months now.all I see is maintenance once in a blue moon. Maintenance is not responsible for other matters. What is going on?

Looks like a pretty place but They never answer their phones even though there is suppose to be in the office. Called multiple times and never was answered.

Quick responses to requests and inquiries with great turn around time. Management is also kind and friendly, but absurd charge for rent.
