Mountain Meadows, Troutdale OR

I lived here for four years, if I could continue living in an apartment managed and maintained by these same people I would do so happily. If you have a complaint (which was rare for me), they will address it. The apartments are very well kept, with maintenance crews routinely cleaning outside walls, porches, and windows as well as trimming trees and upgrading things such as plumbing when required. The location is right on the edge of what I would consider to be Troutdale, the area is nice with quite a few parks and places to see. For the price, I don't think you'll find a better complex without income restrictions. The ladies in the office are some of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met, and I will miss them and this complex. In short, if you are looking for an apartment in this area, Mountain Meadows should be high on your list.

I have lived in this complex for 21 years, Believe it or not, We have had good and our share of bad neighbors, but just recently our upstairs stomping neighbors have been horrific for the last 2 years, Staff can not do anything about this, I really don't know why, Have contacted office so many times I can't count, Do your self a big favor and spend your hard earned money at another complex, this one has went way down hill: (
