Matt is quick to be responsive. He offered a letter of pre-qualification upon review of my financials and upon request, within the hour, as I made an offer on a home. He recommended that I waive the appraisal as the property value would be meet the offer, to save me the expense and as a show of good faith, and he was on call to assist as necessary.
