Great selection of high end and reasonably priced items (including glasses, which many shops only have the crazy expensive ones).

Shopping at Mountain View Cycle was an excellent experience. We were looking for an ebike rack and met Rafe. He was very patient, well informed and professional. We thought he was helpful throughout the sales process. Would recommend this shop without reservation.

Excellent service and energy when ever I’ve brought my bikes in. Jeff got me in same day to help with a dropper post issue I was having. Mike is super knowledgeable about service and helped get my bike tuned up after a trip to Whistler. Awesome shop and great people. Thanks for all your help!

Excellent customer service and quick repair of my bike. We were camping nearby and riding the trails in the Gorge. They were quick enough that I didn't miss a day of trail riding.

Bicycle tour of Old hwy 30 to Hood River/Parkdale ended with a nice slash to my rear tubeless tire. Couldn't plug it so put tube in and realized I'm not going far on this tire. Made it to MVC to see if they had an opening to install a new tire. Service manager stopped everything to get me back on the road again. Super friendly staff, great assortment of everything from MTB, road, gravel and e-bikes. By far 5 stars!

I’ve bought four bikes from Mountain View. They have always gone above and beyond as far as customer service, knowledge of products, and I wouldn’t trust my bikes to any other shop. They make you feel right at home when you walk in the door wether your browsing or purchasing. I’d give them more stars. It’s always nice to shop local.
