I can’t say enough about this group! My husband and I began talking with Taya 18 months ago! We were up front with our timeline. She treated us as if we were buying a house that week. She listened to our needs, drafted a filtered search that was sent to us anytime something came up, and she checked in with us regularly over the months. She wasn’t pushy, it was just the right amount of contact. Maty stepped in when we found the house we wanted. She was amazing! She videotaped and sent clips narrated with all the little specifics we would have looked for (we were buying from another state and couldn’t travel there). She even drove around the neighborhood videoing (as a passenger) all around again narrating to perfection. Then you have Kevin in their group quietly working with you on all the details of paperwork. The first time I dealt with the Mower Group I was blown away with the depth of knowledge and professionalism I experienced with Bryan and the team. After getting to know them more in dealing with a sale, a purchase and finally liquidating a home in a trust, I can truly say I will recommend this team to anyone that asks but also to anyone that will listen. My experience was phenomenal and they have earned a customer and friend for life.

Kyleen Hawes could not have done more to help me find and buy a house. I knew 9 months in advance that I would be shopping for a home so she met with me for several hours to find out what I was looking for and then set things up where I received emails about any houses that came on the market that met my criteria so I had months of learning what was reasonable to expect in my price range. Once I notified her I was ready to shop she suggested houses to look at, took me to them and repeatedly pointed out things (good and concerning) at each house that I wouldn't have noticed. On only the 6th day of looking I found a house that checked my boxes. She coached me through things to consider in making an offer, interacted with the sellers agent to get information that helped my offer be the best of 7. Then she really got into high gear arranging an inspection and then a number of estimates for dealing with several items the inspection revealed. Based on that she coached me on asking the sellers for a credit/drop in price to deal with a few of those items and the sellers accepted without bargaining. She connected me with the Title Company and throughout the whole process happily accepted numerous phone calls and emails from me with questions. I can't think of any way she could have made the whole process easier or more pleasant.
