We had an emergency with our generator not starting in the cold weather when the power failed. Mr. Electric got a technician out and got it running. This allowed us to then host all the birds from the bird shop across the street. Because of their speedy work, Mr. Electric saved a lot of animals lives this week. I can't thank them enough.

My generator refused to start after the last power outage. Jose saw that the gas regulator on the gas line to the generator had known issues and replaced it with an improved model. He will also be monitoring my unit remotely if it develops a new problem.

Mr. Electric has been a reliable and trustworthy partner in upgrading our home electrical panels and installation of full home GENERAC generation which provided 48 hours of s100 amp service during recent wide spread power outages. Don’t put it off - get your home electrical panels current - we replaced several Federal Electric panels and I would do it again given the outcome of these two projects.
