Rented 2 snowmobiles and a trailer. Made sure to ask the person on the phone that my suv would be able to tow it. They confirmed it would be able to tow.
Upon arrival I was told my jeep would not be able to tow their trailer due to my hitch system not being rated for the weight of the trailer.
It would be nice if their website or the spokesperson would verify trailer weight information at the time of booking.
They refunded half the reservation.
