I just picked up my first order of wash and fold towels and sheets. They divided and wrapped it for me! Amazing!

Took in a 3 piece suit- first and only time I’ve worn it, first time cleaning it. Showed the woman behind the counter I had a jacket, pants, and a vest. Went to pick it up, they lost the vest. I dropped it off in a clothing bag- one of theirs that they gave me years ago. I’m told the 3 pieces listed on the tag I was given is for the jacket, pants, and bag- they say I never had a vest. Even though I showed the woman there that it was in fact in the bag. To add insult to injury- I received ANOTHER bill in the mail- after paying to pick up my partial suit. They said they’d look for it, but confirmed today that I never had one to begin with. After all these years, I’m not paying them any more money and will NEVER go back. Other reviews on here confirm they lie. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody.

These folks are hands down the best! Their entire team is knowledgeable and professional and specialize in high stress situations. Very happy with all the services they have provided us.

My husband needed to get a t-shirt and sweatshirt altered, wow! The seamstress did an incredible job! We are now going to be return customers for sure. My husband is tall and lean, so it is hard to find shirts that fit, but I think our problems have been solved!

So an employee from this company was here today to install some blinds that were missing. I told him what rooms needed blinds replaced and that the living room and back door were missing blinds. He was totally ignoring me and continued through my house looking at windows that I didn’t point out to him then took it upon himself to go upstairs into my daughters room that I CLEARLY said the blinds were fine in and remove the blinds and install paper ones. I didn’t notice until my daughter came and told me her blinds were missing. He was already gone by then. I have never dealt with something so un professional and weird I will never use this company for anything at all ever again

Always bring my things here for a quick repair or dry clean. Very professional and friendly. They do a fantastic job and in a timely manner.

They are absolutely the best and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Curtains had a pleat missing and arrived wrinkled. Had to return some of the panels to have them fixed and repressed. They arrived wrinkled yet again. When I called to ask the window covering department if they could come out with a hand held steamer to remove the wrinkles, I was told that they don't do this. Consequently, I had to purchase my own steamer to resolve the problem-cost $63.

Our insurance used them to clean our stuff from the fires. They damaged quite a bit of stuff. It took over 4 months to get reimbursed for a dress they ruined. That bad part is that Tristan lied about my refund being processed. When I finally called accounts payable they knew nothing about the refund unlike what I was told. Accounting was very friendly (only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). I Don not recommend this company. My parents had over 30 items destroyed in cleaning. Sad how they handled things.
