Mt. Scott Fuel Co blew away all my expectations on a complicated delivery involving over 5 yards of various materials including river rock and cedar wood chips.

I needed almost 20 yards of gravel and they made it so easy! Clay and the people in the office were very friendly when I came in to order. Steve - who did the delivery - handled the sloping area I needed it dumped like a pro. Was careful not to hit trees, power line, etc.when dumping the gravel. There's a reason why they have been in business for so many years! Thanks for helping me get my project accomplished.

Always had good customer service here. Prices are reasonable. Shovels available to load your own bark, gravel, etc.

The driver was professional, punctual, safe and very skilled driver. He was able to unload 11 yards of compost for me in a tricky driveway without a problem! It was a very positive experience overall working with mt Scott fuel. Also, the 3-way mix is top notch for the project I am doing!

Purchased a cord of wood and am extremely unhappy. The wood was very dirty. Full of mud and debris. We had four garbage cans full of debris to dispose of after stacking the wood. The wood is so wet that mildew is growing on the ceiling of our shed! And of course it's too wet to burn until next winter. They told us it was "seasoned ready to burn" for $400.00. Never again will we be purchasing anything from Mt Scott Fuel and neither should you.

Great price on organic mulch for your garden. We get the stuff made from organic hops from brewing waste. Great way to recycle that stuff left over from breweries and it works great as a mulch in our flower beds. Keeps the weed seeds from sprouting.

Michelle is great! She so friendly right away you can tell it's a family business its the only place we go for our propane.

There is no way that I can complain about the amount of wood they delivered, better than a full cord of evenly cut, easy to stack wood. So that was great, the wood is seasoned for sure but it was wet. They do not keep the wood covered so it had surface moisture from rain, okay no problem so why the four stars? The wood came with a lot of debris, dirt, bark, dust, etc. Glad that I can recycle it but it will take at least two loads to get rid of all of the debris.

Great place to get gravel, mulch and compost. These folks know what they are doing and always provide great service.

This place is great! You can get dirt, rocks, wood chips, etc all without wasting plastic. I get potting soil for my house plants here. The front desk people are always super knowledgeable, and know exactly what you need. If you don’t have a truck you can even bag things (bringing your own is a plus). Oh and not to mention, you’ll save tons of money.

I love going there. The ladies are so nice. I wanted sand from the beaches in Florida, I’m still waiting for the truck load of sand to get here from Florida. HaHa
