They helped me care for a dog I was babysitting, I had no idea what food and care the breed liked and what was healthy for them. Very knowledgeable and the place is like a Walmart for pets

Very friendly and helpful staff. My dog gets the VIP treatment anytime we bring her here. In addition to a great selection of treats, food, toys, and accessories, they also offer a wide variety of natural or herbal treatments for pets. My dog had an eye infection at one point and they suggested these natural wipes to clean her eye with. Very effective! If you are hesitant about committing to certain products before not knowing, they also offer free samples just to make sure your pet likes it first. We are very lucky this place is walking distance from us and always find ourselves here once a month.

Nice place, very nice people. They often give out samples of treats and my pup is addicted to the dried lamb lungs. They sell them by the ounce and it's well worth the couple of bucks a week it costs to vastly improve her "come when called" hearing at the doggy park!

Probably the BEST store for food, treats, and chews. I come here often, and the fair prices, great selection, and super friendly staff keep me coming back.

Clean building with tons of good items. The staff is really what sets this place apart. The employees are prompt to offer help, very knowledgeable, and really care about pets. We always have a great experience with our 3 month old puppy. Try the yak cheese chews!

Most pet stores have the same foods now but the staff at Mud Bay are amazingly knowledge and helpful.

I'm a full time pet sitter and I live all the way over on 82nd and Sandy but I always come here for all my supplies. Great selection of treats, toys, and gear. Staff is always helpful and I always get a few sample bags of extra treats!

My dog likes to stick his head in the buckets of treats like it's an all you can eat restaurant.

They helped me find a kibble with probiotics that my dog likes and hes VERY picky. I am incredibly grateful!

Love this place! They have everything I need for my pup and more. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and so so kind! I always end up having a really nice conversation with the cashier. And they give you free treat samples for your pet.

Something is missing but better than Petsmart. Good selection of dry/ canned foods. Some Raw selection could be improved - I like the brand that doesn't use plastic.

The only negative thing I have is that they don't print the prices you pay on the receipt. They have the prices marked on the front of the product but you can't see what you paid on the receipt. I don't like that. Mistakes can happen and I cannot verify what I paid by looking at the receipt.

I would always drive by this store and always thought it would be SUPER EXPENSIVE but I was WRONG! It’s sooo AFFORDABLE! The staff was so helpful and kind! They have amazing treats that both my babies love! I will come back for sure!
