They are always so nice there and have a killer sample program! Swear by them for our little kitty. She definitely eats better than we do since we go here. Lol.

I went into Mudbay for the first time, even though it's been on Hawthorne for a while.
I came in, looking for a specific thing. My dog and I were greeted so warmly. We were helped, and found what we came for immediately. Prunella, my dog, says she wants to go back soon. (I told her we will).

Perusing the rest of the store, we discovered a whole section of dental things, so we grabbed a couple of those.

All in all, we saw a lot of really great stuff here, for all of the animals. Staff was absolutely amazing as well.

So helpful, so sweet. The location isn't as convenient as other pet stores in our hood, but they're worth the extra commute. And, prices aren't too pricey, like some other smaller pet stores.

Everyone at Mud Bay is wildly helpful. Their products are very competitively priced. The selection is generally great. Stop in they and bring your pup.

Staff is ALWAYS happy, helpful and friendly. Their prices are actually better then the grocery store and the other surrounding pet stores. I especially like how they allow you to try out a product and if you're unsatisfied you can bring it back and exchange it.

I thought the litter lab was so cool! Also they have a great selection of high-quality cat trees. We picked one out and overestimated how well it would fit in the car, and the employees were extremely nice and went above and beyond to help. Thanks again!
