Dude they're so nice here. They've given me several cans of cat food to try on my picky cats and they always give me treats for them. Even if stuff is pricey it's worth it for the great customer service and the obvious care that goes into helping you find a healthy food for your fuzzy children.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and the staff was awesome! So helpful and friendly. Found exactly what we needed quickly with their help.

The employees are very warm and helpful. I recently moved from Florida and the change in climate has caused my cats to have dry skin, so I asked the employee if they had anything to help with that. They offered me a sample of some omega oils to help my kitties, along with some advice- so I’m glad I came here, they made me feel way better! I’ve also bought several of my cats favorite toys from other mud bay locations so highly recommend them as a place with a wide variety of good pet products with super friendly service! That’s not easy to find - this place probably has anything need you at fair prices:)

Always helpful and friendly staff. I wish they had more options for refrigerated foods for dogs.however, because they are sooo nice, I can't take away a star for that

My dog's favorite shop. She's learned how to get there from blocks away and, if we let her, will drag us to it, every time.

5 stars every time I shop here. We had a laugh today and talked with the staff as well as other customers. I lost my hospital badge and they went outside to look for it and offered to help us to our car. Mudbay is hands down the friendliest pet store! Appreciate you guys. Also have a good review for the treat toy I bought. That bowl one that can pop out is amazing! I can wash it easily and add or remove treats easily. And it rolls and bounces to keep him active cause it’s hard but not impossible to get the treats out. So happy with it. Highly recommend

This is my favorite pet supply store. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They have all the best foods and supplements, and a great selection of toys and accessories.

Friendly staff and high quality products. On my most recent visit, I was looking to buy sample size dog food, as my senior was just switched to a prescription diet, which hadn't arrived yet. Not only did the employee who helped me give me nearly a week's worth of samples for free, but they also researched the new food and tried to find something as close as possible for my pup. I love having this store in the neighborhood and I'll never go anywhere else.

Mud bay as a whole seems to be a fantastic company. Great selection of foods and what not. They have decent prices and the staff is usually very nice and knowledgeable.

Cute little store with quality food and treats. They cater mostly to dogs and cats. What's amazing about them is if you buy food or treats and your pet doesn't like them you can return them as they donate open bags. This is particularly excellent for me as my cat is the pickiest ever!

I went to Mud Bay for the first time last week and was expecting it to be overpriced, but I needed a couple things in a hurry. To my surprise it was very affordable and actually enjoyable. The staff there are so friendly, gave me great advice and even a couple little samples for my cat. I'll definitely be back again.

Thus is an amazing place. The employee's care so much. I went here about a month ago as my cat was really sick and dehydrated. The vet hospital did next to nothing as I'm poor. So I searched out a pet stoor and this one was my first. I told the Stagg member my cat was dehydrated and constipated and refusing to eat. I k ew I wanted to get vitamins. But wasn't sure whay to do to help my kitty. The staff made alot of sujesrions and made sure to take my budget into acount. Come to find out they give free samples of pet food and treats to make sure mo one waists there mony on food the cay might not like. The Stagg member threw a tone of free samples at me to tey and coax my cat to eat. They also sujested there goats milk that had the vitamins in it. Also made a sujesrion to separate and portion and re freez and take kt what I need. Also the employer found a coupon to help me reduce the cost. I was told they sample out even canned food to try I believe 3 cans of each type only 3 cans at a time and only once per person on untried food types. This is amazing as so iloftej I don't want to tey different foods as I'm poor and can't aford a whole bag of food to just find my cat won't eat it. Happy to say thanks to the advise and free samples I was given and the rest u bought. My kitty is happy and healthy. She seems more alive then ever. She's old but is acting young agan. I guess she's gratefully to be feeling better. I highly recommend this place as they real6 care and are super knowledgeable.
