25What's there to say, it's the MAC! Love all the remodeling that took place during Covid, the new lobby is amazing. Also like how spacious the gym floor is now.

I strongly urge you to stay far away from this place run by completely incompetent staff! My daughter took a lifeguard training class there 2 years ago and they did not correctly file her paperwork. They cashed my check for $245, she passed the class and test but now when she needs to recertify (lifeguard training needs recertification every 2 years) they have “no record of her ever taking the class”. This means they never turned in the paperwork for her certification! She has been working as a lifeguard for almost 2 years! This is a legal liability and poor management. I have left at least 10 messages to the management and no one knows anything. It is ridiculous and dangerous. Do not risk it!
Excellent clean facilities, with options for all kinds of sports from synchronized swimming to racquet ball.
I've never been to the MAC, but I've been to their restaurant. I was served a raw burger and got food poisoning.
How can you be charging members and not providing a service? There should NEVER be a charge while your doors are locked for months!
I have been a member for many years and have enjoyed my time here at the MAC. I enjoy coming here with friends and family for fantastic meals and even better times. If you are not a member, join. It will be one of your best decisions. I look forward to seeing you here.
Went to MAC for a racquetball tournament. The staff was very rude to non-members. I/we recognize that members pay a large fee for services, and they deserve priority. However, when “athletic” and “regular entrences empty into the same room and are located 10 meters apart, and a desk worker forces us to go outside and enter the other door in a condescending tone, it is very degrading. Like the members at the club, we also pay a fee to use the facility, and I think we’re also deserving respect from the staff. The facilities are very nice, but it’s not worth feeling like a second class citizen, in my humble opinion.
Always a pleasure to visit the MAC. We were here to attend our annual Kappa Sigma Fraternity Founders Day Banquet to honor our OR District chapters. The food & staff always do a great job of accomadating our needs.
This is my place of work. I enjoy working here and the community that comes with the Aquatics section. Would definitely recommend this as a place for a fulfilling job
Walked through the front door in the middle of a sunny day with a newborn in a stroller who needed changing and I needed to use the restroom. Hardly anyone at the club. Was turned away due to not being a member. I get that it’s an exclusive club, but does your pretentiousness know no bounds? Have the decency to respect fellow humans. Not a club I want to be a part of.
Great place for meetings, beautiful establishment, amazing view of Progressive Field. Nice restaurant and cafe. Fanciest locker rooms I've ever seen ;-)
I feel uncomfortable in this environment, and I have experienced offensive, prejudice interactions while at the MAC. I don’t plan to visit again.
I was happy even though we lost an incredibly long & close match in a tie-breaker to get a chance to play at this top notch club.
Even though they have a parking garage a lot of the members use up the parking spots in the neighborhood
Went for a gymnastics meet. It was nice and clean. Parking has a lot to be desired. The area it's located in is scary. Drug addicts, homeless people, and mentally ill all around this place. Couldn't get to my car fast enough.
OMG we had lunch here and our friend treated this I had one of the best hot buttered rum drinks and the food was absolutely delightful and delicious lots of kids but since I'm a pediatric nurse I love them we ran into some friends to which made it even more delightful I'm so glad that my friend Barbara has a membership to the Mac
An outstanding facility head and shoulders above other similar clubs. Joining the MAC is a generational decision that's costly but well worth it in the long run.
Good services provided. One of the better city clubs in the country. I enjoy my near private workouts. Lunch is my favorite over dinner.
Great place for kids to have a lot of recreational activities and a future in those activities such as gymnastics etc. It’s a nice and clean place my only complaints is they seem to hire very young kids to watch your children and/ or be coaches. They aren’t very organized or good about communication when it comes to children and their activities which is a bummer.
