My Hearing Centers, Baker City OR

I had a great experience at the My Hearing Center in Baker City. The staff (William and Leslie Riley) was very welcoming, friendly and patient.
I give the Rileys the highest possible recommendation. Case in point:
I had a problem with my aids so I went in for a quick fix, unfortunately they had to sent in for repair. The Riley fixed me with some loaners to use until mine were returned just in time for Thanksgiving!
I can't say enough about the this wonderful couple and the terrific service provided at this business. They go over and above to serve their customers!

William took the time to explain all the details of our visit, ensuring my new aids were a perfect match.

Having problems with one of hearing aids. Walked in and they were quick to get right on it and had it taken care of in no time. Fantastic service and very friendly people.

Hearing center is committed to helping the veterans with there hearing issues. And they are very good with the scheduling needs of the patient.

Was quite surprised as to how quickly the dept.got back in touch with me and set up an appointment for testing required to complete the process.

Provides a family-friendly atmosphere and always takes care of our concerns or problems in a professional manner. We frequently refer our friends with hearing problems to stop by and give William an opportunity to address their issues. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such a business in Baker so that we don't have to travel to large cities.

Complete waist of time. Because of my financial situation they did not want to help me. Not being able to hear very well is a safety concern in any job environment. I still can not hear nor am I back to work.
