Terrible experience with this company and specifically, Pat. I bought and paid for two new garage door opener’s and their installation, only to find out later that what I bought and paid for was not actually what was installed. What was installed was significantly lower quality openers. When I addressed this with Pat, he was combative, aggressive and rude. He also minimized the situation by lying to me about the difference in quality and blamed it on lack of availability. However, he never brought any of this to my attention, or offered to refund the difference in cost. It took several messages and communications for him to step up, and ultimately be forced to do the right thing. I personally, and through my firsthand direct experience, found this company to treat me unethically, unfairly, and ultimately I believe they acted dishonestly. Again, they made it right, but not until I force their hand. Terrible experience.
