Naegeli by far is the best court reporting service company on the market. Their first class customer service stands above all other companies. The other companies don't even come close to Naegeli's level of service and expertise. The staff are professional and always respond in a very timely manner. I never have to worry when I use Naegeli, things will always go smoothly. They never disappoint me.

Billed me and my client $900 for a 20 minute deposition. No explanation whatsoever for the outrageous price. Based on the other reviews I am considering filing a class action suit against them.

Very disappointed at the service received by Naegeli. Although the staff was nice, the service was subpar, a disconnect between what was expected as a professional company and what actually happened, delays and poor communication. They say 40 years of excellence, I find that hard to believe, did not get excellent service for our deposition.

It was my first time using this service, but it won’t be my last! They were very easy to deal with, highly professional and personable. Great job!
