Nail Savvy Spa, Portland OR

Made an appointment, although not sure why. Sitting here 30 minutes after my appointment time in a completely cold bucket of water. They don’t use the tubs that. One with the chairs they just stick your feet in a bucket. They clearly took a walk in and disregarded the fact that they only have a couple of people working and an appointment coming in.

Not to mention there was two of us so now my friend who is completely done with their service is supposed to sit around and wait for me?

Didn’t have the nail polish I wanted. The tech Angie seemed like she was in a rush and doesn’t seem like she knows how to do nails. Even though price is affordable, I will not be going back. Don’t waste your money.

I've been going to Nail Savvy Spa for years for mani/pedis and the service has consistently been friendly, fast (without rushing you), and affordable. One of my favorite self-care treats.

Angela really knows her nails. She has years of experience and it shows. I have been to a number of salons in the area but this is the only one I felt like they knew the job and cared about the finished product.

Tina is amazing! My pedicure is always perfect! This is a very nice place to get both a manicure and pedicure.relaxing atmosphere. Angie the owner so very nice! She gives pedicures to my boyfriend too! Great job to both of them.love this place.it gets busy so make a appointment!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I’m absolutely appalled by this place. Not only was the person doing my nails very unprofessional, but she tore/cut one of my cuticles, my nails polish is uneven, which she tried to cover up with extra top coat. The hand massage was super rough/painful & the whole experience was just awful as well as rushed. I had a very hard time handing over that $35 check. Save your money & time for somewhere else.

Angie is great! Great massage on the pedicure. I got acrylics and there was something that needed to be fixed. She fixed no problem, didn't make me feel like I was being a pain which I appreciated I'll be back and would highly recommend!

Went in for a pedicure and left feeling so relaxed and at ease. Angie was amazing to talk with and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Best pedicure I have ever received. Always lasts me 3 weeks. The women are perfectionists and also very sweet.

Great place! The ladies were really nice and the prices were decent. 35 for pedicure 45-55 for acrylics. The pedicure was really thorough and both women did a great job. Will be coming back! The only thing to note is that they only take cash or checks

I had a full set of pink and white acrylic nails put on, it was quite a terrible experience. She put almost a 1/4” of acrylic on the tips and then of course could not get them thinned down. The line between the pink and white is uneven between fingers, as is the nail length. I had to repeatedly ask her to just STOP! I was there 75 minutes and my nails look quite awful. My recommendation is go elsewhere for your nails.

I had the best experience getting a mani pedi at Nail Savvy. I paid $55 for the package and got the best massage that seemed to never end. They were also very thoughtful of covid and sanitizing.
Will be coming back!

Angela was great! She pays attention to detail, doesn't make you feel rushed and treats you like a person. She's very clean and organized. She also taught me how to massage my hands to help keep my carpul tunnel from flaring up

We had a great experience at Nail Savvy. Angie and her team are very kind and professional. Very relaxing and clean! We will be back fore sure!:)

These ladies are great at what they do! And put a lot of effort / attention / energy / pride into their work! They are laid back and patient and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing.their salon has a super cute set-up, and its not super busy! Also VERY covid conscious!

Angie is so personable and accommodating. I called to see if they had any openings for a fill after breaking my nail at the end of the day and she didn’t but offered to fit me in after close. She called back a bit later and told me she would have an opening 30 minutes sooner and I really appreciate the customer service. Was very attentive to detail with my manicure and gave a great hand massage:)

The woman that did my nails never spoke a word to me. I didn't even know when I was finished. She just got up and left and when I finally realized I had been sitting there alone for a while is when I realized she had finished. My nails looks like they could have used another coat of polish. The polish was thin. Something I could have very easily achieved at home. Also the place is bit messy. Looks cluttered in there with no real front desk area. When it came time to pay I just stood around like an idiot until I went to interrupt when of the other nail techs with their client to ask how to pay so I could leave. She then got up to help me, but it felt like everyone was staring at me until we finished the transaction. Not the best experience.
