Took my Baby girl Theda in today for her wash and brush and nail clipping-they put beautiful red soft paws on her and she came back looking fabulous-Cody did a great job and Theda was completely unstressed when we picked her up-The price was incredibly reasonable and I will be using them again I give them 5 big ️️️️️

Very flexible & were able to get my dogs in on short notice. They were also great with my dogs, who are usually pretty nervous, but not this time:)

Please do not bring your dog here.

They do not schedule properly. They will hold your dog for hours without doing anything with them.

After 6 hours dropping our dog off at 11AM he still isn't done by 5PM.

Ah yes, blame the customer for "lack of knowledge".

You guys take in too many dogs with so little help in this shop. If I have an appointment with you guys at 11, I expect my dog to be at least the next dog in line within 30 minutes or so. That's not the case here.

Also, cage free environment meaning a cramped 10x10 (or less) work area where you're grooming other dogs? With no water? Sounds like a bunch of unneeded anxiety for the animals, the staff, and the owners that are putting their faith in you to take care of their animals. You were a glorified kennel to hold my dog for 6 hours.

You're the only groomer I've ever experienced take more than 6 hours to bathe, de-shed, and 'groom'. And that is because you're working with too many animals at the same time. You're delusional to think that is normal practice. Maybe if you were a new groomer jfc

You didn't even groom the dog properly after those 6 hours. There's no part of this experience that was pleasant.

Kept our pup for 5 hours and this is the second time this has happened. Accepts way to many appointments at once.

We had to take our little dog "Remy" in for a nail clipping. I was told $10 over the phone, but after we got there Remy was quite a handful to deal with so she informed us it would be $20 which was perfectly acceptable considering what a ninny Remy was being. I commend her for being a professional. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Good job!

We have a very anxious little dog, nervous around people and fearful of other animals. We've used a mobile groomer in the past to get around the issue but that isn't an option anymore. I called Nails to Tails and they were wonderful, assuring me we were coming to the right place. Got us in quickly, took lots of time with her to go at her pace, and she even warmed up to the other dogs there. Great experience for us! Definitely a regular customer now.

My experience with Nails to Tails was awful not so much with their work but the disrepect
That was shown to me. They kept my dogs for 9 hours with no food or water. Our smallest Maltese is 3 lbs so to go that long is not ok. I took them in at 10AM and finally picked them up at 7PM. I was quoted one price and becuse they needed a flea bath the pice went up 90.00 dollars. Now they knew when I got there and never said a word to me about a price change until We left them in their care. I excepted the price change but what I could not except was how they treated my fur babies and my husband and me.
They made horrible accusations towards us which was so unprofessional as a business.
I can not recommend them and I would never go back.

I always take pets there. They are respectful. But only sometimes it takes to long get them but it’s depends what you wanna get it done.

So amaizing i definitely recommend taking your pet here they are so good and i was very thankful and so was my persian

What can I say that others haven't?
The best experience we have had with a pet salon. We've been in the area for 3 months and have had our dogs groomed and most recently pedicures.
It's clear from the moment you walk through the door they love animals and are very professional.

I very strongly recommend them.

I needed just a simple nail and buffing for my two dogs with two completely different personalities. One is a puppy who is a hyper love bug. My other one is a big dog who is easily nervous. They handled both of my dogs very well and was aware of their body language. I am very impressed with their service and will definitely be coming back again.

My dog looks so amazing and is ready for summer with his nice and clean short cut! He was very well taken care of and it was such a positive experience for all of us. Thank you all for doing a great job!

We are so pleased with the way our long haired persion kitty looked when we picked her up. When we dropped her off she had lots of Mats and was probably as hard as they come, I was skeptic when they told me all the grooming they were planning on doing so I was very impressed when I picked her up. That would've taken me a week and she was looking so happy and healthy and glowing with her clean white coat. I will be back every couple months. There's no way I could do that at home.

This was literally the worst grooming experience i’ve ever had in my life. For $65 that I shouldn’t have paid my cat got shaved splotchy and way too short to where her skin is raw and pink. This was so sad and upsetting, when I brought attention to it and asked the worker she acted completely oblivious and said that it was just “the lighting” not an open wound. That’s bull and i’ve never been more dissatisfied with something. Here’s a picture for reference where you can clearly tell it’s not “the lighting”:)! I hope this will save someone else’s cat.

I took my dog to Nails to Tails for the first time today and had such a great experience every step of the way. From the initial conversation inquiring about pricing, to scheduling the appointment, dropping my dog off and picking her up Curtis was friendly, personable and so helpful. Fabi did such an amazing job with the grooming and cut of our Goldendoodle, who I know isn't always the easiest when it comes to brushing or any kind of grooming. I will definitely be back and will request Fabi again. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!

We've been taking our Dog there for a while and we love the service and results the groomers are very sweet and good they treat our Memphis WONDERFULLY!
