NAPA Auto Parts - DMT Auto Parts Inc. reviews
4Screw Napa especially this one out here. Let’s see, for the most part terrible customer service, the app doesn’t work the site sucks then there’s hidden charges and a lack of customer support on finding where these extra charges are coming from. Don’t count on Napa and if you do. You’re a sucker
The young man that helped me at the register was truly helpful, as well as kind
I had a u-joint fail while on vacation. They had the part I needed in-stock and the tools I needed to fix it.
Spent an exceedingly costly $350 on a battery for my car and motorcycle. Turns out you have to buy it ONLINE and then pickup in store to get 20% off so these folks ripped me out of $70 and I have spent hours circling through the napa customer folks getting nowhere trying to get a refund.
Why do promotions not match?
Why do they frustrate their customers with confusing discounts/promotions that don't work or cross between web and physical stores?
Does every customer of theirs that does not follow this weird exact procedure of standing in the store and buying online on their phone before 'picking up' have to whine to mgmt to get a discount credited?
Edit 1 - let it be known the staff there are exceedingly helpful and this review is critical of process and administration ONLY.thanks have a great day!
