5I got two batteries and spent four hundred dollars that's not the problem. I changed them in the parking lot. Came back in to get a battery terminal cleaner for $5. I opened the package and left it on the counter so he could ring it up in case I need something else. The old guy was very rude. F this place. I will spend my money twenty miles down the road.
I was having trouble with a blower motor in my car, and was impatient enough to drive from Prosser WA on a Sunday since most stores were closed. Although I was unable to find a replacement, the two gentlemen working in this store were by far the most helpful people I’ve ever come across for automotive customer service. I appreciate their help, and would recommend this store if you’re in the area.
Had minor car issues during a trip. Stopped at this location to try to resolve the problem. The gentleman at the counter was rude from the moment we walked in and failed to help at all. The result was traveling to a competitor 45 minutes away who solved our issue within 5 minutes.
Highly recommend these guys are very friendly and helpful! My alternator went out and I used my jumppack to get me to the parts store and they let me charge it up while I changed the alternator so I had backup in case I needed it! Very friendly and helpful!
