5The staff is very friendly. Not only did they make me feel important by giving me great service. They explained things and had me involved in my care. NARA is the best.
Short wait to be seen. Short wait in pharmacy. All staff were friendly & helpful.
Great place and people. Got an appointment easy. The Dr and Nurses were helpful, friendly, and fast at their jobs. Took more time at the pharmacy than with other parts of the clinic.
Rotating staff will not answer medical questions referrals an actual inability to be human. I've been trying with this organization for the last couple of years. And they just continuously make mistakes make mistakes make mistakes.
While in pain thdy make you feel unsafe.
I have tried to fill in out their grievance forms but. They don't even follow up on those. This organization lost all of my detailed information social security and private information as well as creating multiple profiles for me making it impossible to get accurate medical information.
Culture is a priority here, and I appreciate them, especially Dr. Burke.
