2TERRIBLE and unethical business practices. I called them and asked for information. I asked for an invoice - they said "we don't do that". I was surprised, and said I'd have to think it over. The person I spoke with was very arrogant, basically bragging about their years of experience in this business. The awful quality of their communication gave me pause. I made other plans to have my legal documents served (with a witness), and was shocked to find out the next day that they went ahead and served my former landlord WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They then brazenly demanded payment, and have now threatened me with collections over a $100 bill. OUTRAGEOUS and unethical. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Go elsewhere.
Difficult to get information from when call. Started quoting extra services I wouldn't need.
