Natural Grocers reviews
17Predictably, this store is most always out of stock on the few items we care about at this store. We've given up on it. Not worth the trip from southwest Hillsboro.
Great place to get organic and natural foods. We love their storebrand millet that we use instead of rice. Their non-dairy dairy selection is very good.
They have a great selection of snacks, both chips and candy, and their frozen food selection is good; my daughter loves the vegetable egg rolls.
Makeup and other personal care products are expensive, but good. Meat selection is limited, so we do not buy our meat here. Vegetables selection is good quality, though much smaller than other stores like Whole Foods and New Seasons. Usually friendly and helpful service. Easy store to find, and lots of parking.
I came into the store on a large shopping trip for family and friends.
My baby was asleep on my chest in the baby carrier.
The manager Courtney and the check out specialist Cherie packed the many bags of groceries. Rarely have I been in a store where the manager bags groceries. It was an act of kindness and grace that moved me deeply.
This is a wonderful store to begin with add this type of thoughtfulness and you love got a store that transcends transactional relationships and manifest relational transactions!
Bravo!
I shop here for their complete line of Boiron products. Their holistic healing department is huge and all encompassing. I highly recommend shopping here.
I buy their brand of vitamins, because they have no extra fillers, and the price point is excellent. Plus, if I can't find something, there's someone to help me.
It wasn't busy at all when I went in. The cashier is a bundle of love and care. So good this grocery is going still as they have of food, health and drink products. I bought Izze and Tazo drinks. Has a large parking lot and all the buses one would need nearby.
This place has everything you.need for your pet. The people who work there are really knowledgeable and really know their stuff.
Cons: This place is like a day care for bored rich white women and a pharmacy for smooth brain conspiracy theorists who think the right cocktail of overpriced vitamins will save them from the illuminati. Also it's insanely expensive. And the bulk section is just prepackaged stuff? How is that bulk? And rarely do any of the employees seem happy. Also be mindful to check expiration dates before you buy anything.
Pros: It's never busy.
Don't get me wrong prices are mostly bad but unlike new seasons you can find good deals on some things. Produce was tolerable, but I feel like the sparkling water, nuts, and spices section was quite fair. Reminds me of a grocery outlet in the vibe and size of store. Will definitely return later when I want to restock sparkling water or make a nice salad. Produce is definitely fresher than WinCo or Grocery outlet
Thankfully the store policy allows maskless customers. However one of the male employees who looks & sounds like a 12 year old harassed me because I was maskless. He even threatened to not ring up my order because of it. Despite the stores policies!
Horrible Customer Service! Check out lady and the guy next to her were RUDE and not friendly at all! If I could give them 0 stars I would.what happened to being friendly, respectful and nice? My son and I went in with positive, friendly attitude. Good lesson for my son to learn on manners and how to treat people. Also, Overpriced selection! I would NOT recommend speaking as a Health Coach!
Considering with all that all of our stores have had to put up with in the passed. 2 years no shipments coming In empty shelfs slammed everyday with people being RUDE because they don't have what they want and the lines are very long and slow because the worker or cashier's are tired and work more hours then they normally would work and last but not least there is not enough workers anywhere and no one know why? SO PLEASE BE KIND TO EVERYONE UNLESS YOUR WALKING IN THERE SHOES!
You don't have to even think about searching for which fresh produce is organic because it is ALL organic! Pleasant store to shop in, small enough to get around and find everything easily, and large enough to carry a good variety of health conscience items! And the supplement section is a store in its own right!
Always love coming here! All the employees are helpful and considerate. They have good prices and tons of vegan options!
I have had it with this place. I went into Natural Grocers in Beaverton today and looked for some Vitamin D3. They had what I needed but they didn't have the right dose because of the supply and demand issues. As a result I had to buy two half doses for the whole price where if they had had my right dose in stock, I would have only had to pay about 40% of what I had to pay today. I asked the manager if I could get two half doses for the price of one whole dose bottle but he said, no we don't do things that way. It would have been fair if he would have agreed with me and they wouldn't have lost any money if you did the math. In my opinion it was nothing short of price gouging and greed. Anyway, I have been going to this store for years and years but no more. They just lost a loyal customer today.
This Natural Grocers is awfully rude, when all I want is help: (
I had some questions and I believe her name is Mary, just pointed to a cabinet full of miscellanies files…
I still don't get it. I have been into this chain 10x in my life. Each time expecting to find something i cant get at wholepaycheck or a local big chain.each time.sos.and i walk out. So help me out, who is their clientell?
