UNETHICAL! This place used to be great, sadly it is not anymore. Very disheartened about their services and lack of transparency. Front staff used to be fine - but they brought back someone who is super rude to customers and the office is now rather toxic. They 'supposedly' laid off some staff, but will NOT tell you how to get in touch with the staff & Dr.who left. They are leaving their patients in a lurch and I don't appreciate it. IMO, this is unethical in the health care industry, if you really care about your patient, why would you keep critical information from them?
