Very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice that they greeted me as soon as I walked in, but let me walk around and look at everything. Lots of great discounts and prices on food.

Shopped at a couple of pet stores, and so happy I landed in this one. Small, well stocked and very helpful customer service! I just got a puppy and was interested in raw food, and the CSR was excellent, and there were small trial packs! I will only shop here for the service.

Stopped by today, my first visit to look ok for something for my new dog. Super friendly and helpful, and not pushy! Thanks!

Love how knowledgeable their staff is and they really have a great selection of healthy nutritious food for pets! Love how many samples they have. My dogs like different foods and one is super finicky so I appreciate being able to take some home to try.

They had my cat's brand of cat food but not the litter box tool I was looking for. The salesperson was polite and friendly and referred me to the Grange, whi h had just the right tool. Thanks, everyone.

I went to Nature's Pet in Ashland yesterday and it was such a good experience. Not only did Bree take me over to the cat toys (which I had walked right past the first time), but she described to me exactly what the frosted dog cookies at the front counter taste like so that I didn't feel tempted to try one! They also have a wash station where you can shampoo your doggo so you dont have to make a wet mess of your bathroom! So bring your sweet pooch down there, get em clean, and give em a fancy frosted dog cookie!

Always a friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you. Hoped to use their dogggy bath room for my frightened puppy. Got just as wet myself but the clean up was the shops duty.

The staff is wonderful, and very knowledgeable. The quality of items they sell is very good. I highly recommend stopping by and picking something up for your pets!

Medford location: They remembered my dog by name over the phone. They even remembered concerns that had been discussed. They provided information about the Ashland store location that was closer to us at that time.
Ashland location: They were equally pleasant and helpful in person where they did not know us. Information shared by both stores was consistent. They know dogs!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable employees who are able to help you with any of your pets needs. Also a good selection of accessories, foods and toys. I will surely recommend Nature's Pet Market to my friends.

Shout out to this place for being the only place in the valley where I could find a tick remover tool in store rather than online. I was able to pull out 5 ticks that I found on my dog after our very very long hike. Time for his tick meds, I guess. And this tool was awesome.

We love our new pet store and are so grateful to find a place to order our special Venison dog food. Bree was great! We can't help but love that money tree too!
