Dr. Stiegler was friendly and comprehensive in reviewing my health records dating back several years. She integrated a great deal of information to make decisions for the next step in meeting my medical needs at this time. The ease of relating to me about a long history of medical data was so efficient in understanding the next steps in treatment. Dr. Ananda is exactly what I have been searching for to have comprehensive, preventative health care. She gave me a thorough extensive exam our very first visit, looking at my entire body and going into every aspect of my life and lifestyle while figuring out an attainable health plan for me. She didn't simply focus on my one health issue I was having like most health practitioners do she asked detailed questions about my daily diet, exercise, stress levels and what my ultimate goal was. I felt heard, and unlike my experiences with conventional MD's that just want to write a script and send me on my way she was genuinely interested in my health concerns and helping me take charge of my health. I was frustrated with our current medical system and their "band-aid" prescriptions that ultimately can cause more harm than good. She helped me by adding some supplements that my diet was lacking and also looking at food allergies. I've never had any doctor take as much time and educate me, the patient, about my body and explain why I need to make some tweaks to my daily habits. I've felt better and better and she stays in contact with me to support my goals of a healthy lifestyle. She even shared a bunch of recipes with me to help me with a cleanse I was starting. If you want to actually take charge of your health and aren't satisfied with our current system of prescribing dangerous drugs to mask what is really going on in your body than Dr. Steigler is the doctor for you. She was very conscientious of my budget and has worked with me every single appointment to make it affordable for me. I would recommend her to anyone I love.

Ananda is very knowledgeable and listens when I ask questions. She has changed my life for the better because I'm not just another body rushed through to the next like you get in most clinics. I have asked about specific practices or information that I've read about and she is great about instantly researching with me and then talking me through it. I recommend going and talking to Ananda about any issues you may be having. If you listen and follow her advice, she can really help you to keep your body in good health. I saw a Dr with 3 infections in my body and suspicion of heavy metal poisoning. They told me that my symptoms were caused by depression and that if I wanted to pursue my suspicions, I would have to see an ND because this regular MD only did "real science. " So I went to Dr. Stiegler and she was so kind and understanding. When I told her my concerns, symptoms, and suspicions, she asked me if I would like to be tested. I started crying with joy. She did find heavy metal poisoning and helped me get better instead of writing a prescription for depression or to make my symptoms stop. I Am eternally grateful

My wife and I moved here from Arizona and we wanted to find a naturopath. A friend recommended Dr. Ananda to us. We called and were originally supposed to see her in April, but she had cancellations and I was able to get in today. Wow! Dr. Ananda is amazing! Very thorough, listens quite intently and I believe she is trying to get to the root cause of my issues. She recommended several screenings and she explained the various options and let me choose what I felt were the best ones for me. I look forward to working with her once the results have come back.
