Neawanna River RV Park, Seaside OR

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived at and been around. Their pictures don't portray how it actually looks. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT'S HORRIBLE

Paved RV parking spot 40' from the highway. The only real positive is its location north of town and access to most everything within 2 miles. Bathrooms and showers were clean but need updating. Proximity to other RV's won't allow some slide outs to be extended. Around $80 a night. If you don't care to lounge outside and your fine in your RV in a parking lot and others 3' away this is what you will get.

Total hole. Really gross. Nobody manages the place, the person there who is the manager is soooo lazy.you can tell from how it looks.the place is a dump

Probably the rudest woman I have spoke to in a long time. I am always in a great mood and upbeat. I tried to make small talk, this woman was just rude. I have a small 16’ foot basecamp airstream. She yells at me “how am I suppose to know what that is? ” I said I just told mam, it’s a 16’ trailer. She replies back 17’. I said no 16’. Now she says “im not going to argue with you over 1 foot” I was on the phone in shock. Like what did I miss? Is she joking. I should have hung up but didn’t. Now she’s asking me what am I pulling it with? I say a truck. She persists to know the length of my truck. Follows up with per question which we don’t have any but I got the feeling she thought I was lying with her long pause. Than tells me it’s $75 dollars a night and lists things that are broke and not working in clouding some showers and internet. I told her she needs to work on her phone skills and how to be polite to customers.
If it’ was fee I wouldn’t stay here. Imagine having to deal with this woman …. Seriously if she behaves like this on the phone….

Venice RV Park is a wonderful place to stay. They have fire pits right on the river and it is beautiful. You can even throw in a crab trap off the bridge. Go check it out.

No wifi, cable, bathroom. Narrow sites too narrow for slides. Remote owners appear to be using it as a tax write-off, no improvements being made. On-site manager has no backup, but does the best she can under the circumstances.

Well I think this is by far the worst RV park in the whole US…seems to charge what ever she can get.way overpriced. Bring lots of quarters for the shower
No internet (WiFi) no cable if I would have read the reviews I definitely would have kept driving… I could go on and on but just don’t stay here.

I understand everyone has a different experience, I have traveled to seaside twice now and stayed here both times. We like to have somewhere to park the Tahoe and sleep in the back. Management (Ursula) was amazing and informative and maitence is always kind and friendly! Its really nice to have working facilities and a very hot shower without paying out the whoha, and be able to enjoy more of what the town and ocean has to offer. I feel as if the priceing here is very fair. We will be coming back in a month or so. Thank you again for another great visit!

After experiencing a horrid experience at a different so called RV park we managed to find this RV Park with some availability. The ladies running this park are beyond amazing! The manager provided us with so much information and insight to the area and even assisted us in parking our travel trailer. The laundry facilities are super clean and the machines work amazing. The bathrooms and showers are super clean. You pay quarters for the shower yet we spent 75 cents for 2 showers. The property is clean, and quiet. Yeah you can hear traffic but it's not annoying in any way. We liked this park and the staff so much we extended our stay 2 extra weeks. These ladies are doing amazing jobs. There is completely full hookups and the water pressure is awesome!

Just called and inquired about showers and spots, however the lady that answered was very, very rude, and made sure I didn't want to stay there with the way she was talking to me. And for no reason. Looks like I'm not the first person to have these troubles, and I would not recommend staying here.

New staff, property upgrades, close to beach, and shopping. Friendly neighbors, nice and quiet. Decent daily & weekly rates. Tell them Scotty.sent you! 1thumb up! "Remember: If the Thunder don't get you, then the lightning will. " Ride to live~live to ride.

Very nice, helpful, and great patio area in park. Even called to make sure we were ok and going to arrive. We will definitely be back again

A place to stop and sleep. It's a pretty sketchy place with no set prices. Way over priced if everyone else is full.
