Neighbours Table Coffee and Commons reviews
7Gorgeous coffee shop that is settled in a beautiful neighborhood. Huge bright windows, plenty of seating options including very comfortable patio tables and nice views. Very friendly staff, and great prices. I have not tried the food menu but looks and smells great~!
I come here roughly once a week, the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The coffee and food are delicious. But mainly I come for the interaction with the staff. The staff is hilarious, kind, and always interested in keeping the vibe of the space just right. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Nice place. Very nice people. But if you are serious about coffee… don’t go here.
Pleasant staff and atmosphere, but will not mix sugar into an iced Americano. Trying to dissolve sugar in the drink after the ice is in it already is very difficult. I ended up having to add simple syrup, and added way too much and it was a really gross drink. It was a waste of my five dollars. Also, the shop does not take cash, which can be really inconvenient if you use cash to pay for everything. Also, the drink sizes are very small and over priced for what you get. Since americanos are just espresso and water, I feel like I should have been offered a drink size larger than their smallest cup, if desired. That said, the atmosphere is very pleasant and it’s a really nice place to just sit and chill for a while. I just expected more from the actual coffee… Maybe this isn’t a real coffee house. The building is expansive, and seems to be some sort of community center. Maybe the coffee part is just a little snack station for coffee drinks. I would go somewhere else if you’re looking for a good coffee. But it is a nice place to meet somebody and hang out or just sit and do your own thing in a quiet atmosphere.
When I got here, I was not sure whether it was open because from the outside of looks rather, um flat. So I pushed the door gently after confirming the operating hours and in I walked. The lone star member was warm and welcoming, he was quite articulate. I ordered their house coffee and a cinnamon roll, which were delicious and alive in flavor. Definitely coming back here, love it.
Very nice chill space for Saturday morning coffee! Glad to see it’s still open.
I was absolutely delighted to see that Neighbours has reopened! The space is very clean, open and inviting! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating to meet with a friend, read or study. I ordered a drip coffee and a cinnamon roll (I am a connoisseur). The barista told me they have a new in house pasty chef. The coffee was bold and balanced. The buttermilk cinnamon roll was the BEST I have had in a long time! It was moist with plenty of cinnamon and frosting but not too much. Make sure to have them warm it up for you! I love supporting local businesses. If the pandemic has taught us anything, the import of helping local business thrive and spending quality time with loved ones are a the top of the list!
