Neptune services was the best thing my loved one did to make thier passing trouble free. I commend Neptune Cremation, for their professionalism and no nonsense action! The best move one can make for thier loved ones who are left to deal with such a emotional moment.

Neptune Cremation Service, came and took great care of our Mom. She already had the process planned out which was good. Their kindness and patience was greatly appreciated and welcomed during the time in our lives.

We have gone with Neptune for two family members that passed away. Neptune took away any additional worries in regards to cremation during a very difficult time. The people have been wonderful. Caring and willing to take the time to listen. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because I had to change councilors part way in and the transition was not as smooth as hoped. It was hard to readjust to the new councilor. She did not reach out as much or in the same way as the first. There are so many changes in your life as you struggle with losing a loved one that this change was/seemed more difficult. I would recommend this company and do plan on using them in the future if needed. Thank you to the staff of Neptune.

We chose Neptune Society for our preplanning needs. We have been aware of Neptune for many, many years. Candace Gardner was our Planning Coordinator. The combination of Neptune's offerings, combined with Candace's easy communication style, made planning a breeze. From start to finish it took maybe 2.5 hours, and it was done, completely. All of our questions and needs were addressed. A super nice feature of no-cost coverage for my adult son who is not married included services for any children or grandchildren he may have up to the age of 21 if they are not married. We received our urns/boxes yesterday, which included what I/we could do to prepare for the box and leaving messages and momentos for loved ones. I don't know how any service could be more complete. I appreciate Candace Garner's style, putting me at ease and asking the difficult questions with kindness and compassion. I used Neptune Society in May 2023 when my mother passed, using another Certified Pre-Arrangement Advisor, Regan in Happy Valley Oregon. I was so pleased with the entire process I felt I should get systems in place for my dad. Thank you for all you do for your clients when they are at their most vulnerable.

My wife and I prepaid for our cremation years ago. Neptune kept every promise they told us about, at the time we took out the policy. When my wife passed away. Neptune was helpful. They were kind and saw to it, that our wishes and needs were taken care of and they are still checking on me.making sure I am doing alright.
