The store is nice and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately, on the 3 trips I've made here, they've never had my size in stock, even when checking 3-4 different shoes.

I came in looking for a good pair of shoes during the sale they were having. Griffin was an amazing help with finding the right size and model shoe, as the shoe size i thought i wore was too small. He also walked me through the different insoles and what they can do for me. Griffin made my buying experience awesome by being thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. He deserves whatever raise may be coming his way!

Excellent selection of shoes, insoles and clothes and very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff! The staff can check the size of your feet and help you choose the right size and type of shoes.
Highly recommend!

I’ve had three interactions with this store, two on the phone assisting me with orders and another time I went in and needed help on returning and buying another shoe. The staff here are amazing! So helpful! They made sure I got exactly what I wanted even though it was a tricky transaction and there was only one pair left in the country! Every time I’ve worked with a different staff member and they’ve all been terrific!

I went in late last night to buy myself a pair I’ve been wanting for a while for my birthday present to myself. I’m not sure the name of the employee, my recipe receipt says Mahleek, and he made my birthday. I’m a little picky with my sizes and tried 4 different sizes and types, and he was so nice explaining different cushions and feels on each pair. I felt like he knew his stuff, and that made me happy that I went to the store instead of ordering one online. Highly recommended! They have 99x series in store, so it’s worth a visit already for sure

Greeted as I entered. Employees were busy helping customers but said they'd assist me as soon as possible. I was there to return a pair of shoes that I ordered online that didn't fit. Quick friendly service and I was on my way. Thanks!

Place offers a great selection of New Balance shoes, offers a treadmill to try out the shoes for running or walking. If the style or size is not available they can order directly and either have it shipped to store - no fee - or to your home with a minimal fee. Employees are helpful and can provide recommendations on the spot. Overall a good show buying experience.

They had a promotion going on, $20 off $100. Both my friend and I bought a pair of shoes over $100. They wouldn't honor the promotion for both of us because we were together? Didn't make much sense to me. Didn't have my shoe in my size so they placed an order to ship to my house. After a week passed I did not get an email or shipping info. Called the store and they said they forgot. Called once again 3 days later to see if they had shipped it out, still nothing and the employee has me on hold on the phone right now for while I am writing this review.

I had the best shoe store experience I’ve had in a long time at this location. I believe Evan (I could have his name wrong, but he is a tall young man with brown hair) was helping me pick a running shoe and a lifestyle shoe. Such quality service and patience. Explanation and willingness to try to help me find the best fit. I rarely review, but truly enjoyed this experience.

Been to this location multiple times to trying to buy a pair of shoes. Had no one help us even when the store wasn't very busy. Left the store without being helped or buying shoes.
If your business motto is to help one customer at a time. You need to hire more people when it's busy. Otherwise change your business motto so your customers are being helped. Saw other customers with frowns on their faces from waiting and not being helped or even acknowledged. Buy your shoes online and return them to figure out your size or go to Nordstroms where someone will at least get you a shoe to try on from the back.

Wanted to see what inventory they had that was affordable for a replacement set of work shoes, 150$ to 250$ a pair is obscene, especially with gas prices also at the extreme.

This is one of the best shoe store shopping experiences I have had in a long time. The man helping me, Evan, made sure not only to get me shoes that look good but shoes that fit. He was so patient and helpful. The shop was also incredibly nice, clean, and comfortable. I wished I lived here so I could go back more often!

Went in for work shoes. Cole helped us and he was amazing. Best customer service. He joked laughed and was very knowledgeable about feet. He was awesome. Great employee! He's a keeper.

Awesome shoe store. Sam was so patient and understanding while getting multiple different shoes for me to try on. He never made us feel rushed. We will definitely be back.
