Jordan is the sweetest. She is so warm and friendly that I immediately felt at ease. We agreed on a plan and she executed like a pro. I walked out with gorgeous layers and conditioner she helped me select and used on my hair so I knew what it would feel like. I found this place by typing “haircut near me” and really lucked out!

I went in and specifically stated I wanted my hair cut exactly like it was, blunt cut with a VERY light layer. Katherine showed me a dozen photos of people she had done and they were all the exact same style, short and severely layered in the back and long pointy sides. I told her specifically that I hated everyone of them and I did not want many, deep layers, just the extremely (almost non-existent) layering that I had. I just wanted it an inch shorter. I also told her that my baby-fine hair would look like holes were left in it, if she tried to taper it or feather it. I left with extreme layering, pointy sides, and extreme tapering, apparently all she can do. As she was trying to make the holes not show so much, she commented, “Your hair shows every cut! ” Yeah, woman, I TOLD you that! It looks awful. I have an appointment somewhere else on Monday for another cut, hopefully to fix this somewhat, although I’m not holding out high hopes because she cut it so short in the back. I’m so bitterly disappointed, because I have something special next week. I don’t even want to go now, because of the way my hair looks. I paid her and tipped her, because I feel obligated, but now I feel like screaming. It will take 5-6 months to grow out this disaster of a hair cut!

Associates very helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Just moved from out of state & found a Alexis. Will be returning on a regular schedule.

Sami was awesome! I was initially worried because I was getting a drastically short cut after growing my hair out for nearly 21 years, but she did beautifully! 100000000/10 I hope I can return one day!
