New Seasons Market - Raleigh Hills, Portland OR

I was very disappointed when I recently went to new seasons and wanted to get some ground chicken. I was told that they no longer package it at the meat counter. I usually use a mixture of dark meat and white meat.the Raleigh Hills store only has packaged ground chicken and it does not indicate whether it’s dark meat or white meat. It could be backs or chicken lips. I have no idea what’s in that package. It just says chicken it doesn’t say breast or thigh. There is a difference in taste and fat content.

Great customer service. Trudy, who works in the vitamin section, went above and beyond to help me. She spent a lot of time w/ me answering my questions. Great deli department also

This store is so ridiculously overpriced, so I rarely shop there, but when I do stop in, the cashiers have such bad attitudes! It's not just once, it is EVERY SINGLE TIME! They can't be bothered to bag the few items you're purchasing, and they act as though they're doing you a favor for doing their job!

Had a burrito while my nephew ate some pasta that he purchased at the deli. I think the deli prepares some unique and delicious dishes that we as customers can go home and indulge to our heart's delight. My deli helper must have wanted to throttle me as the decision process was hampered by " a lot of great choices.

The staff is generally quite nice, but our experience only gets more frustrating over time. We live locally so try to stop into their food bar for lunch or dinner quite often. They get the order wrong at least 50% or the time, mostly by ignoring most of the order card (maybe they'll notice you asked them to add something, maybe they'll notice you wrote a note to leave something off, but rarely will they observe most, and sometimes you get charged for extras, but don't get them). I don't know why the order card exits if it's not going to be read.

I've submitted complaints to customer service emails with New Seasons, but weeks later and I've never received a reply. This store is already so much more expensive than other options that I don't see many reasons to stick with over priced frustration.

I have been shopping at the Beaverton Hills location for years. Some of the staff are like old friends, we exchange stories about our lives and the state of the world all while procuring excellent quality produce and earth friendly products.

I shop at this store often but lately the customer service has really been horrible! The unfriendly atmosphere is not a good shopping experience also some of the staff especially in the deli area need grooming and hygiene advice!

I just stopped here to go to the bathroom but oh my gosh, as a trans man I've never felt more safe in a public restroom before. First theres rainbow and BLM flags in the front, that's awesome. Then, I go into the mens restroom to find this affirming note on the door, sanitary napkin trashcan in the stall, and menstrual products available even though it's a mens restroom! Like even with the small chance that someone might actually use those means a lot to the people who see it.

My husband got me flowers here, went here a week ago to pick up some apples most of the food here is healthy. My friend is vegan and it was her birthday a month ago, stopped here to get her some vegan cake: ] Super great prices too!

Tyrant store policies. Vaccine mandates and medical mask enforcement. Sue this business for wanting to be a physician. Make them carry the insurance by Doctor does

Janice G is fantastic. She can plan any meal, but also rocks style with her holiday outfits, so one could not find a more thoughtful person to help. Janice helped me plan a complete Christmas meal. Her ideas and details, helped my family gathering be a success. The store has some special items Janice helped me understand that truly made my family gathering a success

I like New seasons but the employees were kind of weird and I'm pretty sure I was being followed or pegged as a shoplifter most likely because I already had shopping bags but mostly because I was African-American. I was very disappointed and I'm kind of violated. I felt disrespected but it's Portland Oregon will actually it's Southwest but it doesn't matter where I go in Oregon that treatment is usually what I receive when shopping just because I'm young black and female.

The meat department is one of the worst ones that I have been at this chain market. Terrible customer service on top of that.

I love New Seasons for their variety of healthy food choices. One of the best things about this new seasons is a large seating area for eating with outlets for charging devices, sauces, water, and utensils But recently they have been in the habit of sectioning off the part of their eating area with the outlets for charging stuff. They close it off for employees but I never see employees there anyways. And so often times I come to this new seasons before shipping at more affordable stores, because I appreciate having a place to eat, plug in my phone or laptop and get work done. So it's pretty annoying coming here to it closed off so frequently and with no obvious purpose. Also I ordered a sandwich and the guy making it hadn't even started on it 20 minutes later because he wasn't sure what bread I wanted but it was clearly on the form. And when he finally said he was about to prepare it, I came back 10 minutes later and he still hadn't started it because he didn't know if I wanted it toasted, which was also clearly marked on the sandwich order form. Dude was very nice and apologetic but clearly lacking common sense.

Their hot food menu today was crazy on point! Full-on Thanksgiving turkey and all the fixens! We overloaded on that today!

Meat dept very helpful. The bakery dept had Pumpkin Chi cupcakes from Gem Bakery. Wow, these were so delicious and best of all gluten free.

Good quality produce and meat; good wine selection; excellent for some hard to find items. Friendly help, clean premises, COVID-19 safe

I can always count on New Seasons to have beautiful organic veggies and meats, fish, chicken. As well as carrying many choices of Gluten free and Dairy free food. So happy they still have bulk spices:) Love New Seasons!

They don't have anchor steam beer. Beer finder said they do. I don't shop there but I would if they had anchor steam beer. I can't find it anywhere. I miss it a lot but its not worth going to San Francisco to get it.

Discrimination, also put hands on a customer and made the customer run for life.
Never will shop at a new seasons ever again.
